Q: I have held this stock for a couple of years based on your recommend (thank you!!). I notice it has been recently breaking out of a year long trading range to new highs. While the last quarter was ok, it doesn’t really explain the breakout. Any thoughts on why?

Q: I own ENB, CGX, BPY, AQN, and MSI in my TFSA and also have a 20% cash position. Was looking at deploying half the cash into one of either AFN, JWEL, FSZ, NFI or SIS. What would you suggest as the best for a 5+ year hold with a combination of dividends and growth.

Q: In one of the articles you suggested (can't remember which one), they were discussing correlations between stocks, sectors and assets. I find it an interesting way of further analyzing a portfolio. Could 5i someday provide correlation matrices for its different portfolios? Would be interesting to have a peak at it. Q: FYI. MX was downgraded by RY to US$65 TP(from $70) & CM to US$46($53).In my humble opinion,I cannot understand management's decision to go ahead with the project in this uncertain time(slowing global growth & possibility of recession) & after the price has recently declined some 50%(1yr H $107.07 to $53.09 today)

Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team,
NFI is on a real downward spiral lately, and the current yield is 5.368%. It's held in my wife's TFSA, and it's hard to see the almost daily declines, some quite steep, e.g. on July 16. It's down almost 50% now, and am wondering if we should keep it or sell it. I wouldn't add to it at this time. What are your views?
