Q: The share issue is being done at $35 while the stock is trading at close to $40. If one does not have access through broker dealers should you wait to purchase - seems like over paying for the stock - I thought It was more common for the market price to trade close to a new share issue price.

Q: Hi 5i
Considering the current price of secondary offering of lspd having been set at $35...how do you view the upcoming end of the insider share lockout period and it’s potential negative effect on share price sentiment?
I’m considering the potential combined impact of these two events.
Would you be buyers at this time? If so what price would you consider reasonable entry for 2 -3 year hold.
Thx

Q: comments on the quarter please?
Q: Hi, Does the market price movement following the announcement of secondary issues, influence the determination of offering price, or companies usually base it on the closing price at the time of the NR ? LSPD closed at $47.75 before the issue was announced and has dropped to $40 in 2 days. The issue is still open at many brokerages. Any comments/insight, please. Thanks

Q: The worst kept secret is that GUD wants to buy Paladin Labs back from ENDP. As ENDP continues to get crushed by its debt and seemingly more desperate by the day, I would assume that this puts GUD is a better position with each passing moment.
If this is the case, shouldn’t that make GUD more valuable?

Q: Hi there,
I recently reduced my positioning in Shopify and was thinking to move some of it into LSPD position. I currently already hold a smaller position in LSPD and was wondering how much a percentage weighting of a portfolio you be comfortable with in LSPD.
Thanks!
