Q: Retired dividend-income investor. I see your Income Portfolio is sitting on 7% cash. Any plans to deploy soon or do you want to keep that cash for strategic reasons?

I'm sitting on 6% cash...just wondering whether to continue to deploy monthly on a steady state basis or hold?

Q: My interpretation from the quarterly report is there will be an expected increase in the quarterly dividend to 45 cents per trust unit. The last payout was 31 cents. Is this correct about the dividend increase. This is the exert from the company:
Following the GWM Contribution and the restart of distributions from BCC and Kimco, the Trust's Run Rate Payout Ratio is approximately 74% when including distributions, overhead expenses and current distributions to unitholders expected for the next twelve months. As calculated, the Run Rate Payout Ratio is expected to generate approximately $15.9 million in excess cash flow or $0.45 per unit;

Q: Good morning. I'm just listening to the Kinaxis Q3 CC with interest. It sounds/feels that the analysts questions and comments are perhaps more concerned with customer retention, or reduced opportunity for growth, than in previous calls? The positive Q3 financials, and company outlook certainly suggest that growth will not be significantly impacted going forward. Assumes major Covid disruption will be avoided. Assume you are listing to the call, do you get the same sense? THx Steve
