Q: Hello Peter,
What does the acquisition do to the stock price in the short term? The share count nearly doubles. Do the newly minted shares lead to some selling pressure specially by the new owners or the promise of future drive the price higher immediately?

Q: Is there a stock issue/dilution as part of Sangoma’s latest purchase. I would be interested in buying any of a share issue but can’t locate any details. Can you gauge the SP reaction when it resumes trading?

Q: Hello Team,

Real Matters held their cc today. TD in a research note indicates that Real expects T&C to see a Tier 1 lender to be brought on board in the current quarter and for revenues to accrue in the 3rd quarter. While I note that the Company is working on getting a tier 1 lender into T&C, is that your takeaway from the call as well?

Move GSY from 4.65% of the total equity to 3%.

Q: HI 5I,
I have a 2/3 position to match the growth portfolio 3%. I know you are not fans of buying into a dropping stock but with the selloff is $16.50 a good buy price for additional shares. Or should I just hold on. Perhaps the price will settle in further.

Q: I bought REAL at 27. Do i sell and move on. Or is there decent recovery potential. The stock still looks to be good value at the current price. Would you consider averaging down to be a good option if position size will not be too large.

Q: I hold Csu in my Tsfa and I notice that Topicus shares are listed but of course no price yet.
It shows that Topicus will be listed in U.S $ even though Csu are listed in Cdn$. Is this correct and will Topicus show on my statement the morning of Feb1st so that I can get the trading prefix to begin trading?

Q: The RBC direct investing website values Lightspeed at $47.94. Today, the stock closed at $83.84. Why is there such a discrepancy between RBC and the TSX?

On a recent post, you commented "Shareholders are still a little shocked that it even decided to go after a low margin grocery chain, so may just be a little more wary." Balancing that, you also noted the partnership with Carrefour could help Couche-Tard 'get closer' and position them to acquire the parts of Carrefour they really want. Against that backdrop, my question is,
Does 5i feel that ATD is working to strategically reposition itself given the momentum building with electric vehicles? Do you feel ATD will be able to adjust strategically to make its network of stores still attractive in future with many more electric cars on the road? Thank you.
