Q: I’ve been very fortunate with LSPD since I first bought it at $18 and continued to buy on the way up to $65. I’m up over 130% overall. But now to tough part...when to sell. It seems that it has a very long runway and because of that, i’m hesitant to sell a single share. I have it in multiple accounts ( about 3/4 in a tfsa, and 1/4 in a LIRA ). I’m 47 and 10 year away (I hope) from retirement but consider myself an aggressive investor and have some stomach for volatility (how can you not during these times) Given where the SP is today, where do you see the stock going in the next 2-3years? Would you sell and buy something else? Or, let it run? Looking for ideas.

Q: Good day all.
I've read a note at Motley Fools that An IPO of TELUS International is planned for Q1 of 2021. Are you aware of this? If yes can you elaborate on how the current investors would be involved? Would we get shares of the new entity? If we got a special distribution would it be taxable as a special dividend? Do we have an idea on the split would work?

Thank you for leading us through these tough times.

Q: Could you rank your order of preference today as I would like to add one of these 4 stocks, irrespective of sector? I am looking for total return for long term hold. Thank you.

Q: Hello Peter,
Three high value stocks - ZM, PLTR and XBC. Despite earnings, revenue beats and raised guidance, you said ZM will drift lower and settle. With PLTR a similar story but you felt it would not drop to the target short of $20. And now with XBC, despite pricing an issue at $5.80 you don't think it will drop much and it has been holding up pretty well. Can you give an insight into how you made three different calls on similar volatile high value stocks? Is it intution?
I have been wanting to take a full position in XBC but it kept running away. What price would you suggest I jump in?
Love to hear what you have to say.
Regards
Rajiv

Q: Down 30% . Bought in September because of strong Real Estate market. Good financials of the company.
Reasons for market sell-off: My assumptions are that people are taking profits, some are selling into tax loss season and others over fear of the raging pandemic south of the border and what that might do to the US economy for the next year or so.
Finally there is perhaps, a few dollars of downside left to go including any chance for a Santa Clause rally before any chance of recovery.
What is your educated estimate of the situation and likely future scenario? Sorry for being long-winded. Stephen S

Q: Hi team,
Real has been a falling knife since the last earnings release. I own it in 2 different accounts and are down 20-30% on them.Should I continue to hold out for better days, or should I sell one of my positions and replace it with something else? My plan was to hold for long term as it seems like a good company with good growth prospects. If you do suggest selling part of my position , what would be your top stock to buy today either US or cnd for growth to replace it with ? Thanks
Shane
