Q: In the answer you gave a member today about SHOP, you say: "Growth is solid, for sure, and it has done most things right, but many investors will balk at paying 35X sales for a stock.” In the company profile of SHOP, we see a Price to Sales of 66.28 (as of today). Are you referring to the same ratio? If yes, which of 35 or 66 is the correct number? Thanks, Gervais

Q: Why would SIS have released a "pre" quarterly report when their actual results are scheduled to be issued in a couple of weeks? If memory serves, I think they did this last quarter as well but they are one of the few, if only, companies that seem to do this. Should anything be read into this early disclosure, despite the fact it is good news?

Appreciate your insight.

Q: Greetings,

I would like to transition an account that was being handled by an investment firm to one that would be income based, and self administered. I will start with approx 100K and add to it as funds come available. I am considering the income portfolio as a guideline. If I were to start with 12 names from the portfolio, which would you be most comfortable purchasing today? Or would you recommend all 22 names and adding to each as funds come available? I have a minimum 10 year timeline, if not longer. I currently follow the balanced portfolio and could not be happier. This account is for my bride and she prefers less risk. Thanks in advance, as a PSA, I have been a member since 2017 and haven't slept better since joining. Thanks!

Q: I currently own 2000 sh. of this co. and would like to go to 5000 but since the price is continually dropping I am hesitant.
I looked up the insider trading and found out the CEO and a director have been doing an inordinate amount of selling.
I see they have large holdings but continue to sell at these low prices.
Do you think they know something that the average shareholder isn't aware of?
