Q: I know you are positive on Enghouse, and would appreciate your thoughts on the competitive position of their Vidyo conferencing business. All I ever hear about is Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Does Video have a meaningful part of the market, and does 5i view that it has solid growth potential versus competitors in this sector?
Thank you for your comments.

Q: What is your take on the $3.60 offer buyout? I know you feel it’s low but do you think other offers might materialize or could the existing offer be increased if shareholder sentiment isn’t supportive? What are the odds of a higher offer coming to the table and the odds of the deal totalling collapsing? When might be the timing be of these events, if they come about?

Q: Could you please list a few companies you believe to be somewhat similar to MRS in terms of the business they are in? I'm tying to get a better understanding on their numbers, and would like some comparables. Also, what do you think is a realistic % for their long term profit margin targets? Thanks

Q: My TFSA appears to be revisiting a March 31 bottom. It came up somewhat through April but is revisiting the low seen at the end of March. Is this also reflected in the tech stocks that 5I covers. Is the tech sector nearing somewhat of a “fair value” scenario. At what point during a sector rotation do investors suddenly realize that there may be some “value” in hanging on to growth tech stocks.

Q: Hello, I'm a 62 year old (almost retired) investor who's focus is now nearly 100% on equities with sustainable and preferably increasing dividends, over time. I currently hold about 7.5% of my investment portfolio in ENB and I am considering raising that stake to 10%. I'd like to know if, in the history of the company, has Enbridge EVER cut its dividend? If it ever did are you able to provide any context as to why the company may have felt it necessary to do so? Thank you!
