Q: Hi 5i
Wondering about SYZ insider ownership.
I have to guess Mr. Wood is a smart and very qualified guy to be at the helm of SYZ and its ReFocus on Growth Initiative - and after leading several companies through his career.
Today however, I own more shares than this CEO......if one doesn't count the $5 MM Shareholders gave him for showing up. (William Wood)

Should there be an expectation for a small cap CEO to have some of his own skin in the game through share ownership?

Other insiders were buying in 2021 - with the CEO breaking out $5000 for shares.


Also, is there an alert system that notifies on massive selling like David Elder did during the April/May 2021 price run up? (sold 200,900 share @ $15)

Should an investor today be wanting to buy this stock while CEO is not?

Q: When you do a review of a Company could you lead off with a short summary as to what the company does, ie what business they are in. This would be very helpful in understanding your review Sometimes I hear of a name of a Company but do not know their business . I then see your Review but still do not know what business they are in RAK.

QST just got a new contract which is good news and the stock has jumped. I know you have rated it as a hold currently. Please give your update ...do you think they are bottoming out and there sector is more promising. Or would you still consider QST to be a high risk... possible value trap?

Q: I read the LSPD short report.
i thought spruce point made some valid points.
i sold all my lspd yesterday, will revisit at a later date.
my question is have you read the whole report and do you agree with some of the points or not.

Q: There is enough negative news on LSPD that crashed its share price by a short seller spreading fear this morning and then an ambulance chaser type of law firm did a pile on later.

Has the company issue anything yet? If there is no rebuttal from LSPD by tomorrow morning I would be very concerned. Usually the quicker the response from the company the better the assurance for investors. What is your view on this situation? Thanks.

With the short attack on lightspeed, how accurate/right has been Spruce Point Capital in the past? Are they the same firm that shorted Dollarama a few years back?
