Q: Bought these when you first put them into the Growth Portfolio. Was wondering if you still feel that they have potential. What do you think is needed to get them going in a positive direction? What do their financials look like?
Thanks for your invaluable wisdom and knowledge.

Q: Good Morning,

I would like your opinion on when GSY might be considered an addition to the Balanced portfolio? Is it a matter of sector weighting that would preclude its inclusion? It seems to be a perfect stock for the folio. Growth and a growing dividend.

Sorry for putting the team on the spot!

It’s horrible having made so many prescient selections that subscribers are reduced to questions like this one. Lol

Q: I am confused about the 'paired' nature of this stock as it relates to BAM.A. This seems to suggest that if you own BAM.A there is no point in buying or owning BAMR as they are essentially the same stock. Why even list it, then? It doesn't matter how well the company does or doesn't do as its' share price will remain equivalent to BAM.A. Or is this a temporary thing?

Q: Hi there,
I have been enjoying the run up in TOI and have been thinking of adding to my quarter position. I have been adding along the way and have a dollar cost average of about 93 bucks a share. I am debating whether I should add here, raising the per share cost - but it seems like a parabolic jump in price. Alternatively, I wonder whether I should wait for a dip. And if I do so, what is a fair value to buy at? It seems like TOI may go the way of CSU or SHOP longer term and I do have a window of about 5-10 years. For what it is worth, I still regret not buying shop at about two hundred dollars because I thought it was overvalued.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this.

Q: Hello,
I am trying to understand "hidden? value" from your viewpoint vs out of favor with the market.
REAL.to has lost close to 60% of it's value in the past year while many other assets have been rocketing up creating a massive opportunity cost for holding it(with no dividend). A month ago REAL was #10 in your top 10 in response to a questioner.
In the case of GUD, it seems the reputation of JG creates the expectation of an encore performance and periodic insider buys, and micro press releases temper the stock price decline from no real news.
Are there any tangible/intangible factors that would compel someone to make a contrarion investment in REAL at this point?

Thank you
