Q: Saw your response to the question about Suncor's results, where you said everything looked fine. Yet today, a day many of the big oil and gas companies appear to be up, Suncor continues to go down after an 8-9% drop the previous two trading days. After last night's quarterly report I would have expected some recovery in the share price. Is there anything then that would halt the apparent downward spiral in the share price? Or should I take my lumps and sell the shares.

Q: I've held PBH for about 5 years and i'm in the green a little, and collected a small dividend over the years. But the gains have been a bit underwhelming. As the market has dropped and there are many high quality growthier options trading at lower valuations I wonder if its time to cut PBH. With PBH for 5 years there has always seemed to be an excuse/reason from them as to why they are under performing. Well before covid they were struggling with swing flu, staffing issues, FX issues, and others, then covid hit and obviously again they are struggling with lockdowns, inflation, staffing, etc etc etc. Is there a good reason to hold a company that only seems to perform well in ideal market situations, which in reality is almost never? Thx

Q: Hi, With recent recovery in the Tech sector, many stocks have seen nice bounce in their depressed share prices. Tech Companies with solid fundamentals, strong cashflow and low/no debt have been favoured by investors. CSU has also seen good strength lately, which is really encouraging. Topicus share price also has seen a mild recovery from its recent lows, but still continues to languish around $74- 75 level. Could you assign the possible causes of lack of investor interest in TOI, which was a darling, not so long ago and follows the same business model as its parent Constellation Software ? Do you foresee some catalysts to break this trend which could help the stock to recover sooner to let's say $90-$100, and if so a possible/reasonable time frame. Thank you

Q: TK on July 26 (I saw this on the 25th) questioned you about SHOP saying he didn't want to throw good money after bad. You advised you added it to your portfolio indicating it was a buy. I seen this prior to buying it on the 25th at $47.9 and on the 26th in the morning it was down under $40. I assume you follow this stock quite closely as it seems one of the more popular stocks you deal with, Was this so well hidden by the company that even Sherlock Holmes would not uncover the issues they were having? Thank you,

Q: I am overweight in these 3 companies. I need to raise some capital by selling some of the shares from one of these 3 holdings. What would be your recommendation? It will not significantly affect my diversification.

Q: So I had SHOP at a full 5% position in my portfolio and now with all the carnage it's less than 2%. So my question would be - does it make sense to average down from the ridiculously high price I paid to bring the position up a bit or just let it grow back (if ever)? Am I just throwing good money after bad in trying to make up the loss? I do like SHOP and intend to hold it for many years. Thanks!
