Q: Not a question, just a "thank you" to Peter for developing '5i'. The education and recommendations are such a great help in hacking through the investment jungle. As a concrete thank you, I have just donated a second time to your Charity Ride and wish you all the best on your Canadian journey.

Q: What percentage do you recommend for small cap in a portfolio? There was a comment from someone who asked if they should trim DHX in which they had a 4 % weight and you recommend that they should trim.
Thanks

Q: Good morning. May I have your assessment of Air Canada (AC/B) versus Southwest Airlines (LUV).I recognise the following caveats:1)US stocks are not your focus & 2)airline stocks are better for trading than for long term investments.
Thank you,
Tim.

Q: Good Morning Peter, Ryan, and Team,

Great blog regarding Tim Hortons / Burger King. Very informative and well written.

At this point in time what companies would comprise your top five growth names (in order of conviction) for inclusion into an TFSA Account ??? Holding period of a minimum of 3-5 years and they would be added to complement slower growing, "safer" holdings. (i.e. BAM.A, BNS, CGX, etc.)
Thank you very much. DL

Q: Greetings: It has been mentioned often that CGX is a stock to hold when "times are tough". Would CSW.W also fit in that theme? Also, could you suggest two more? Thank You

Q: Dollarama was downgraded by Neil Linsdell with a 12-month target price of $95.00. Do you think the growth story is still intact? Also, with all the M&A activity surrounding Family Dollar, why hasn't there been much, if any, reaction in Dollarama? Usually there is a bump in share price when there is news of consolidation in a sector.

some time ago (months), you listed your favourite companies in class. I believe that MDA and T were among them. Could I ask you to list these again, whether or not they have changed?
thanks

Q: Considering selling my holdings of Alaris Royalty (AD)to fund purchase of Onex (OCX). Considerations: AD - smaller, quasi private equity company with good dividend and capital gain consideration vs. OCX - larger cap, established, pure private equity play with small dividend. On a go forward basis , which would you choose as long-term hold?
Thank-you.
