Q: After the recent correction most oil and gas companies have recovered to some extent. However Tourmaline continues its downward drift. Is it company related or the outlook for natural gas? A second question if i may - I have some loose change in my RRSP and have been dithering between QST and PRW. Which would you recommend after today's price jump? Thanks

Q: What do you think of the sale of assets announced yesterday and also the coincidental purchase of aircraft assets. I've owned this a few months and its up 11% this morning. I admit I'm having difficulty figuring out what this might all mean to both the risk and growth profile for this company . The sale at 200 million is big numbers for a small cap like this. Thanks

Q: I'm looking at taking a position in a gas producer, can you comment on the relative valuations between Bellatrix and Peyto. How much more is Bellatrix on a BOE/day basis, how much am I paying for future growth? Which do you think is a better investment?

Q: Hi,
I forgot about this stock during recent volatility and starting to look at again. I like the assets and lack of debt. I dislike the earnings and my lack of knowledge of the management. Do you know the management at all and any thoughts on investing small position for 3-5 years or longer?
Thanks,
John

Q: Hi Peter,
On BNN , DHX was compared to Corus Entertainment. If this is the case, is DHX over valued or do they have other assets that justifies the growth? Sensio continues to sign deals, but the stock continues to drop. It has recovered a bit, but is still down from a few months ago. Any comments please. Also, would you consider CSX as a long term investment starting with purchase price of $34 with or without CP merger talks. Thanks again

Q: Hi,
I usually do not buy apparel retailers, but I did so at the end of 2013 when a significant new shareholder entered the stock. Is Reitmans a name you would consider? Large cash position, positive same-store sales, new significant shareholder, etc... What could be an exit price in the next 24 months? What other turnaround story could recommand?
Thank you,
Eric

Q: re - 5i Filter – Overblown Corrections?
This report shows Sears (SCC) with a dividend of over 50%. When I looked up the stock on BMOInvestorline, it showed a dividend of 0. Does it pay a dividend? Is it safe at that rate?

Q: Hi 5i Team. Perhaps one thing to remember in these times is that, if you are lucky enough to hold cash and is waiting to get in, you could do it in steps. Take for example, Whitecap. It got to over $18 before the drop. When it got down to 13.95, I went in with half a position. It bounced up violently the following day (2 days later? whatever), I went in with the other half at 14.90. Of course, there could still be another drop in oil prices. For the long run though, we are addicted to the stuff. So it is a hold. I am able to stay calm during all this turmoil because I was unlucky enough to have been invested through Black Monday. 20% drop in one day! This one we are experiencing is a picnic. You don't need to remind me that anniversary will be in a couple of days. Cheers. Henry
