Q: What's your assessment of this new auto REIT and the safety of the 8% yield? Do you know when they will pay the first dividend?
Q: Hi Peter: A while ago you commented on huge trading activity of funds at the end of a quarter. Would the end of the quarters be end of March, June, Sept. and December or some other end points?

Q: Hi,
Do your comments to Blake's question this morning apply to both First Service and Colliers? If not, perhaps you could also comment on Colliers. Thanks for taking the time to clarify.

Q: What is the reason why DDC has fallen from $24 to $15.40 in 3 months. With the dividend of over 3% and possible recovery in the share price, would this not be a good investment for a 3-4 yr. time frame? What makes the price of diamonds go up?
Q: I have only 3 resource stocks. RMP, FM and THO. RMP is down 55% from my pruchase price over three months, FM is down 21% in less than a week and THO is down 31% in 2 weeks. What should be my strategy here. Should I bail out on these 3, take the hit and invest in some healthcare or technology stock or shoudl I keep holding on and expect they will recover sometime. Please advise.
Q: What is your opinion on using Stop-Loss orders? Should investors use them and if so, what is a good percentage to use?
Q: Your thoughts on each of these to a diversified portfolio? Already own some gud.
Q: I'd like your comments on the following article from the Financial post:
http://business.financialpost.com/investing/trading-desk/switching-from-growth-to-value-stocks
The article suggest the the current environment may be more suitable for value stocks versus growth equities. Given 5i tends to favour growth (I think), what do you think of this? How does one know when a stock is too expensive in relation to its growth?

Q: Could I have your opinion on their acquisition of Keller Fay Group?
Q: What's your outlook on Sears. I'm underwater on this name, have held since Nov 2013. Should I move on? I'm a new member, really appreciate the site. Thank you
Q: Mr. Hodson, you seem to have both admiration and some ambivalence towards VRX, which might have some Nortel flavour to some extent. In fact, you feel it might have too much debt, and this makes it a risky stock.
Q: Hello Peter et al,
I am still holding the Tuckamore Debs TX.DB.B. They mature Mar 2016 and are supposedly secured. Insiders own about 15% of the common stock and I thought their holdings would go to zero if necessary to pay off secured debt. But with the debs trading at about 80 there appears to be a fly in the ointment. Any thoughts as to what Mar. 2016 might bring.

Q: Now with Catamaran Com being removed from my portfolio I am wondering if I should replace with with GUD or with several of the ones mentioned in the growth portfolio? I have no health care stock currently. I also have no tech stocks and wondered if this would be better than a health stock?
Thanks
Dolores

Q: Thoughts on PFB corp? Good dividend, good price to book, debt seems manageable. PE is a bit higher then I like.
Q: Peter; I feel like throwing the towel in on my oil stocks - so does mean total capitulation is close and one should slowly be adding some of the material sector? Thanks.Rod
Q: Good Morning.
I was wondering if you could give us your view on the company given the recent Mr. Lube trademark acquisition.

Q: Hello Peter,
I know this question is an apples to orange comparison (different sectors), but I was wondering if you can shed some light. I sold my holdings in Valeant as it has done very well. I am thinking of putting the proceeds to Patient Home Monitoring and Auto Canada for long term hold. Does this make sense to you? Thanks very much.
