Q: I am 10 years from retirement with no company pension.I have a good size RSP and TFSA along with an equal registered account. In your opinion what percentage of my portfolio should be in bonds and in what type of funds.I only see junk bond funds that are giving any kind of returns but risky while government bonds are only producing 1% returns. What does a guy like me do .I need 10 years of steady 5-6 percent returns to fund s decent retirement but can't bet the farm.I am currently invested in geographic diverse funds and some hedge funds.

Q: Hi - I currently own Linamar (4% weight in a 22 stock portfolio) with a small profit remaining. I was wondering about switching to Magna and wondering about your thoughts on this? I'm a growth investor so looking for best prospects for next 12 months. Alternatively, if you feel neither should be held at this point, I'm ok with that as well. Thanks as always.

Q: Given the Cannimed's merger talks with Newstrike Resources, and Aurora Cannabis's hostile bid for Cannimed, do you see a short term trading or arbitrage opportunity shaping up here with, particularly with Newstrike shares?

Thank you

Q: I would like your updated opinion on Dollarama. I think it is reporting 3rd quarter results. Consulting the question database, you have felt it was expensive in the past, but it has been heading up and up and is at an all time high as of tyhe close today. My personal experience has been walking to isles. The store seems to be an upgrade of the inexpensive store format - they stock a higher qualtiy of good (in my opinion). So, are there any danger signs ? Love your terrific service.

Q: Well, it looks likes like the stock is making another strong move again, yes expensive, but is this just a company that amazon can not compete against? In one of the stores today, seeing the line-up at the till, it just doesn't stop. Reminds me of what Peter Lynch said, just watch where people are shopping. They also love to buy back stock, is that a good sign also?
Thanks again

Q: Hello Team,
I've been waiting for a chance to grab Uni Select shares at a good price since a couple of years. Do you feel that, at the current price, it is a time to take a half-position considering their balance sheet and prospect... even if the momentum in the share price is not good at all right now?

Thanks in advance for your advice !
Michel
