Q: I have owned this for a few years currently down 22% on USD side of my TFSA. I am wondering your opinion going forward Hold or Sell? With no tax loss advantage it does pain me to sell all or some but hard to know what opportunity cost I am leaving on the table is, which might be more than the loss on the stock.

What would you do? And what is the opinion of MGA overall as a business given the current climate. Thanks

Q: Hi Peter,
Given the current valuations and the growth projection (or lack of), which two of these four stocks will most likely to have the least possibility of year end bounce and thus are ideal for tax loss selling? MDA, TRI, SRAD, or GLXY. Do you see any of these worth repurchasing for a 2 year hold after the 30 days period? Thanks.

Q: Dear 5i team,
I have been a WSP shareholder for over five years. During this time, the share price has sometimes fallen, but my patience has always been rewarded. I am struggling to understand the recent drop in the share price. I believe the Q3 results were solid. I note that competitors in the sector, such as Stantec and Atkins, are also experiencing declines…
Could you explain recent WSP's decline? What is your view on the future of the stock, and if you are confortable to continue holding?

Thank you.

Q: Hello,
I assume like most subscribers, I read the questions section almost daily and wonder if any of the stocks mentioned are in your various portfolios.

To find out if they are involves many steps which is inconvenient. Is there a way to indicate if the stock is in a current portfolio? Maybe a Star or similar symbol?
Many thanks

Q: want to raise some cash(tech breaking down technically) in what order would you sell the above listed stocks bearing some are winners and some are losers so what your recommendation sell winners or losers first without getting in to too much specifics. CSU as an example sell now to claim loss or then buy back after 30 days FFH on the other hand is up 60% so sell now and hope to buy back later at lower price. what would you do? Remember i want to raise cash so how would you approach this rebalancing ...thanks for your help

I received $11,880 in cash and 177 Sunoco shares ( book value $ 12700. } For tax purposes is it all taxable ? I.E. 24,580 .
The Sunoco shares have been put into the Canadian side of my account,so I assume the transaction is all in Canadian dollars. Is that correct? Thank you for your help.
