Q: These 2 darlings are now ugly ducklings. Not long ago,Shop was the biggest company in Canada overtaking perrinnel leader,RY. Recent drastic drop from $2228 H to $658,1year Low.Any reasons for the 14% haircut today besides news that it is in talks to buy startup,Deliverr. Think market does not like this type of acquistion nowadays as it will likely increase its losses & prolong its plan to profitability in this market backdrop. Is this a entry point or more pain to come. Txs for u usual great services & views Is this an entry point for GSY which got hammered today too & trading near 1yr low.

Q: I have held this company for about 5 years. Early on they paid special dividends on top of its regular dividend, which at the current price yields 4.8%. The price has had a strong run YTD and I am close to breakeven. I am looking to switch this money into either GSY, FSV, WSP, ATZ, CIGI, or TFII as I would like to take advantage of the weakness in these growth stocks. Is it time to sell the position or do you think it has room to run with the move into safe staple stocks? It seems if it can break $20 it may run quite comfortably to $22. Can you rank my list according to safety and growth prospects. Thank you.

Q: Good day 5i Team,

I have some cash sitting around and would like to build a portfolio.
There are few names that I selected, the goal is to have a stability, potential growth, dividends and maybe some covered options selling opportunities. I will hold these in my TFSA.
What do you think of the names? What would you add? What would you recommend.

Thank you as always

Q: Hi, I just finished reading your report on TFII which outlined it’s history of acquiring smaller trucking companies within the fragmented trucking industry. Got me too thinking about the probability of TFI making a bid for Titanium Transportation. Do you see a takeover as a possibility why or why not and the probability on a scale of 1-10 whereby 10 is most likely.
