Q: I am currently overweight energy and under in real estate. Which of the above three should I trim or sell completely? It seems ENB is as much utility as Energy and it's rather flat, for me. Love all the Energy dividends. The sole Realty I have is DIR.UN which I'm happy with. Which Canadian REIT's would you suggest and would I be better with a US or European REIT? If so, with one(s)? Many thanks

Q: I recently bought some IBIT shares and since the purchase my Portfolio Analysis summary has gone wonky. In the detail section for IBIT percentages; Asset Class: Fixed Income: 3055.98%, Diversified: -93.07%. Cash: -421.34%, Equity: -2441.58%. Geography and Sector breakdowns are also all over the place. Needless to say the summary of my portfolio is unreliable. Can this be fixed?

Q: Good morning. I hold the above stocks in my TFSA. Together they now account for approx. 6% of my TFSA. I am thinking I'd like to consolidate them into one or possibly two positions. Which would you choose to keep if you went that route. Alternatively can you suggest one or two Canadian and one or two American growth stocks to take their place. I already hold full positions of CSU, LMN, TOI, NVDA, and SHOP. Thanks for your advice, Rod

Q: I have read through your Macro Market Model information you forwarded yesterday and find it somewhat confussing.
I am subcribed to your Portfolio Analytics but when I go to the bottom of your How to Utilize it and where it says Free Report Download and click on it here is what I get,
Uh oh! We've encountered an error!
"The action you have requested could not be processed. Perhaps you have followed an incomplete link, or are using an old bookmark"?
I am not sure what this means?
If I also go to the Portfolio Analytics There is nothing there that makes reference to the "Macro Market Models".
Can you please clarify ! Thanks.

Q: These stocks have had some very nice gains over the last few months. CLS, DE, DRX, EQB, LMN, PAY, TOI, TVK. If you held a partial position in these and wanted to add to the position to create a full position, which ones would you just buy at the current market price despite big run up? Are there some that you would try to buy at a somewhat lower price? If so, what price would you use?
