Q: QFOR: Hard to get info (market cap, etc.) on Q4 Inc. I guess because it was just listed. Interesting niche focus with big name customers (Square, Netflix, Spotify, Mastercard, etc.). Q: Rivian, which doesn't have any vehicles on the road yet, is seen as a potential competitor to Tesla. Can you provide an opinion on the Amazon backed EV company Rivian Automotive given their IPO next week and target of $60B valuation? I would be interested in your comments and review of the proposed TSX IPO from Northern Genesis Acquisition (SPAC) to support the transaction with Embark. Specific questions I have include:
1) Does the financial transaction; including actual cash injection and share ownership by Northern Genesis of the merger line out to other SPAC deals?
2) Pros/cons of perhaps investing directly in Embark on NYSE with NGAB vs. the proposed TSE listing of NGCS?
