Q: QFOR: Hard to get info (market cap, etc.) on Q4 Inc. I guess because it was just listed. Interesting niche focus with big name customers (Square, Netflix, Spotify, Mastercard, etc.). Please provide your take on this newly listed company and it's investability at this point with 21Q3 results to be released shortly [2021-11-10]. Thx!

Q: Rivian, which doesn't have any vehicles on the road yet, is seen as a potential competitor to Tesla. Can you provide an opinion on the Amazon backed EV company Rivian Automotive given their IPO next week and target of $60B valuation? Do you suggest that one take position in this company given they are an alternative to other EV companies?

I would be interested in your comments and review of the proposed TSX IPO from Northern Genesis Acquisition (SPAC) to support the transaction with Embark. Specific questions I have include:
1) Does the financial transaction; including actual cash injection and share ownership by Northern Genesis of the merger line out to other SPAC deals?
2) Pros/cons of perhaps investing directly in Embark on NYSE with NGAB vs. the proposed TSE listing of NGCS?
