Q: I understand that Prem Watsa is starting an India Fund but I can't find it listed on my online broker. Is it listed yet and do you know how I can buy it?

Q: Hi Team,

I need your valued opinion on an upcoming IPO.
Prem Watsa of Fairfax Finl Hldgs fame along with some big institutional heavy wieghts is coming to market to raise money for an Indian Fund, i believe its a US funds IPO. I think its already been priced ( $10.00 per share) and could be coming to market as soon as this week. On a sde note, would you know if TD Financial is part of the selling group?

Q: This is a question about a future company that's being created. It's a low-cost airline that's coming up called JetLiner. Details here: http://jetlines.ca/news.html

In the article it mentions that Inovent is going to do a reverse take-over and then JetLiner is able to become a publically traded company.

My questions are:
(1) what do you think of the business model of JetLiner and can it be successful in an tough airlines environment
(2) based on the deal with Inovent, is it a good stock to participate in the IPO?

the prairie sky issue is amended to 55mm shares at $26.50 -$28)
(from 32.5mm at $23. - 26.50)
that is a substantial change; I would appreciate your comments (re: buy some of this issue or wait till opening day and pay a commission)
