Q: Cramer mentioned this fall's ipo sales are beginning to resemble 2014, where there was a good time to buy tech stocks as their prices were driven down by ipo sales.

Thank you for your text on Nuvei. I would like a few more information. Who are their main competitors? What is their competitive advantage over their competitors that would make potential clients switch payment system? Are clients sticky once they become client? At what p/s and p/ebitda multiple would you be buyer?

Q: Hello, I would like to know about the Snowflake ipo and what are your thoughts. The fact that Berkshire and Salesforce are investing big on this makes it look very attractive. Between Snowflake and Palantir what would be your preference? Are they considered to be in the same sector? Thank you!

Q: It seems like there are a few interesting upcoming IPOs in the tech sector, Palantir, Snowflake, unity, Asana, stripe (possibly) airbnb etc.

What would your top 3 be of any upcoming ipos you know about with the above included? investing for growth for 10 plus years risk is not an issue.

Q: Do you know anything about this new Canadian SPAC out of BC? I understand that these are typically plays on management. Would a small speculative position (say 1-2% of a TFSA) be roulette or is there an investment case you can make based on knowledge of the plan or executive team? I understand you cannot make personal investment decisions so it is more a question about whether sufficient upside exists or if it is too speculative.
