Q: i've owned a half position in Edwards Lifesciences for several years in a basket of several important US medical companies. Certainly I see an opportunity to create a full position at these low levels. However I'm primarily a dividend investor close to retirement, and Edwards does not pay me a dividend. Is the company ever likely to pay a dividend ? What is the likely future for this company ten or twenty years out.

Q: Could I have your opinion on PFE earnings please. I see from your notes that Pfizer is not your favorite; could I have your view on its recovery potential please from what appears to be a depressed level.

Q: I hold these 8 US Heathcare stocks. Each are about 1.5% of my holdings. I would like to consolidate the 8 down to about 4 holdings. Which ones would you sell and which ones would you add to? Thanks for your great ongoing advice.

Q: I bought LLY on your advice a few weeks ago and it has been declining ever since. I am now down 14.6%, marking the steepest decline over this same period of any stock I own. All things being equal, my general rule of thumb is to cut the chord when stocks decline by 15% to minimize future losses. In LLY's case, I hold it in a non-registered account and can thus claim a tax loss. I confess to being disappointed by the stock's recent performance as part of my purchasing decision was driven by your very strong endorsement immediately prior to my purchase. (You had rated the company as a 9/10 for safety and 9/10 for growth.) If you were me, would you wait for LLY to eventually turn around (as I'm sure it will at some point) or are there greener pastures out there?

Q: Hello,

I have small investments in LLY, ISRG, and UNH within the health sector. With the recent news about increased competition for LLY in the weight control product market, should I take advantage of the price decrease to increase my stake in LLY, or would you recommend another biopharmaceutical company?

Thanks. Esther

Q: Cipher Pharma made a major acquisition today that they say will double their sales and profits. The new products acquired are also superior to the existing treatment, which has 71% of the USA market, so lots of room there for growth, plus they plan to get approval in Canada and make a deal for ex-North America sales. They also have their drug for toenail fungus, a big market, set to produce final results in about 6 months, with sales expected starting in 2026. This looks like a good growth stock to me, trading at a cheap valuation, given the profit from the new products, and I am wondering what your take is on the acquisition and the stock.

Q: Hello, SPRY is a company developing an alternative treatment for anaphylaxis treatment. I am wondering about the team's thoughts on its current valuation and if it seems reasonable given the company's prospects. Also given favorable inflation data continuing, could this small-cap have good price appreciation potential with lowering interest rates?
Thank you.
