Q: Thoughts on BDX. Healthcare in general has been lagging the market and this company has not produced many gains over the years. Is it time to move on and reallocate money to new area like Quanta Services?

I have less then 1% position on Well (up 10% but only with lots of perseverance) but i am considering going to 2.5% given it is a small cap. I know you don't comment on size but given recent stock movement would it be your comfort zone to add at this price?

Q: I have 1.5% positions in LLY and UFPT. Looking to combine into 1 position. Which would you select right now? Have larger positions in ISRG and VHI as well.

Q: Under current market conditions, health care as a sector is lagging. When this happens is it still important to keep good companies within this sector to keep a balanced portfolio even though the names could trend lower for some time. Is the thinking that sectors being favoured could eventually change and a good company will recover. Or, it is better to move into what's going up and keep low weighting of a space that is out of favour due to changes in politics, interest rates, or other factors. The same could be said for REITs now which are doing terribly but does one keep these out-of-favour sectors to have diversification within a portfolio. Thank you!

Q: I’ve always had less than positive results investing in the healthcare sector. Finally I decided to go with an ETF (XHC) to do away with the individual stock picking risk which has since declined as well. I am now thinking of sticking with “healthcare adjacent” companies since SIS (currently owned) has done well for me. Can you please comment on SIA, CSH, and AND, the first two have run up a bit recently and I wonder about their valuations and future prospects. Any other candidates that might fit the bill you could recommend, I know choices in Canada are slim?
