Q: 5% of my RSP is allocated to a risky/riskier /max growth theme with FB, J, KRBN and NVDA right now. I am looking for 1 or 2 more additions. APPS, U, and CRWD are on my list of considerations. In theory, I could wait 5-10+ yrs for max growth, but knowing my personality, 3-4 yrs is more in line with my expectations. Q: My portfolio is significantly over-weight tech and currently paying the price. Semi's (AMD, NVDA, SMH) had propped me up but not anymore. That's the bad news, good news is i have a sizable portion of cash to deploy. Over the next few months, where would you suggest deploying new cash? Which stocks, etf's, or sectors have been unjustly hit the hardest?
The rest of my portfolio is anchored by XIU, BAM, BIP, ENB, CNQ, etc.

Q: We have new money to invest and would like to use it to correct our only significant sector weighting imbalance, which is in technology. The sector is currently represented by CSU, DSG, KXS and SHOP, where all but CSU are down.

5i has often stressed the importance of both maintaining target sector weights and not leaving too much cash idle. Now we find ourselves with the technology sector struggling and would like some guidance on how to proceed.

For the existing positions, which are long term holds, would you be inclined to spread out the additional investments over the medium term, say the next 6-12 months, or would you tend to be more aggressive, investing in the shorter term?

How would you rate (1-10) CSU, DSG, KXS and SHOP for additional money today?

If we were to initiate long term positions in TOI, TIXT, NVEI and LSPD today, how would you rate them?

I have made a good gain and sold a 5% position in my RRIF.
Could you offer 3 CDN and 3 US that you would be comfortable in starting today with a 2.5 % for long term investing in a well balanced RRIF? Would you lean towards US or CND for GROWTH?
