Q: You mention in your last response that GOOS can be kept. Would you start a position here? What of the other names in the growth portfolio would you buy here?
Thanks!

Q: Hi There, can you please comment on yesterdays news that US Health Services May reclassify Cannabis, and the positive reaction of the market? Do you think this will lead to US GOV starting to move forward on the Safe Banking Act and other cannabis-related initiatives toward legalization? In other words coukd it finally be time to jump in - I’m thinking CURA the No. 1 US MARKET CAP company.

Thanks!
Robert

Q: So here's my predicament. Over the past many years my portfolio largely reflects NASDAQ returns but has much more volatility. I'm thinking of just buying a bunch of QQQ (or XQQ) so I worry less about the volatility while still getting similar returns. I still like picking stocks and was thinking of holding most of my tech in QQQ while trying to pick a few tech stocks to 'juice' returns. If you were to pick 5 NASDAQ stocks that might outperform the NASDAQ over a mid-long timeframe, what would they be? Note these can include large caps (MSFT, NVDA) or anything else.

Q: Would you please list your top 10 companies that will face severe headwinds going into a recession / renewing debt at higher interest rates / margin erosion / no pricing power / unprofitable tech? - this was asked and you said the list would longer if it was asked the other way around, can I have the list of this question asked the other way around?

Q: May I please have your thoughts/comments on LICY (Li-Cycle holdings)?

Knowing that it is early days and the related costs for scaling a business such as this are expensive up-front, can you also please comment on:
1). Is there a market for their product?

2). What is their competition doing in comparison?

3). Is it somewhat of a moat business?

4). How long until the up-front costs of establishing the business begin to pay off?

5). What is inside ownership like?

In past questions related to this company you felt that it was too early to consider investing in the company. Do you still feel that way?

If so, at what point does it become a company to invest in? What are the tell-tale numbers that someone should be looking for?

Thank you very much!!
