Q: Hi,
Can you tell me what you think fair share value is for Aritzia now? Ive held it less than a year, and am thrilled with being up $8 (almost 50%). Im just trying to decide if the best part of this ride is over or if it has potential and reasoning to make more solid gains. Even if you think growth will continue but slow down from the current pace, I will likely sit on it a while. I just dont want to kill my returns by waiting if its likely to stagnate for a while.

Thanks

Q: Hi Team
I dodged a bullet with hbc , I was so fed up with the gong show I decided to keep the stock, knowing if the deal feel through it would go way down, but I figured the clowns behind it were going to suffer a lot more than me, I did sell at $ 10.80, just glad to be out with a little profit. Next up is ret, not sure what to do it......avergae down and hope for a recovery, or hand on or just sell. It is in a non tax account. Trying to get my head around it, they have lots of cash, not sure the value of their properties, can not find out what they own and what they lease. What do you feel about this one, does it go down the drain like woodwards, Eatons Sears......etc.....look forward to your opinion
thanks

Q: Seems to me you like companies with excellent momentum. I would like to add some companies to my TFSA and would appreciate it if you could provide a list of 6 companies that you respect the leadership of, are currently showing strong momentum and you believe can maintain that strength throughout 2020.

Q: I would like to sell subject 4 companies, unless your advice is to hold because of much near term growth potential.
Please suggest 5 each U.S. and Canadian companies that you consider offering the
' best ' growth, short and medium term, with no consideration of industry.
Thanks
Klaus

Q: In a recent question you mentioned that the cannabis industry will most likely go through a significant consolidation and an investor should wait until things settle out. Wondering if this would include KHRN, they seem to be in a different segment of the industry and different market. They have also had some interesting news recently. Could you please comment

Q: I noticed that pot companies like WEED fall within the Healthcare sector. Why wouldn't pot companies be categorized like tobacco and liquor stocks? Also, there is a lot of hype associated with pot stocks and I sometimes wonder if investors are not taking into account the potential risks - health problems related to smoking and the mental issues to some users. I recall a time when tobacco was advertised by medical doctors and now tobacco companies are being sued.

Q: Another service really likes fertility company Hamilton Thorne and has made it a recommendation. Progyny in the US seems to be doing well in a related business so I wanted your thoughts. With people marrying later the theme seems to make sense. Do you like it? A brief example of the write is up below. They write interesting stuff but don't have your track record so I'd love to know what 5i thinks.

When we recommended Hamilton Thorne back in August, we believed the strategy for growth was three-pronged, involving both acquisitions and organic opportunity as well as margin improvement along the way. Recent results fully support our belief, and we’re firmly of the mind that we’re nicely on track.
