Q: Good Morning
I’m planning on lightening up my technology weighting, specifically AI related stocks. Can you suggest a couple of US companies that are showing good momentum?
Thank you

Q: Regarding LMN’s latest quarter, how do metrics compare with the early days of CSU and TOI around free cash flow and organic growth since these were the weak spots. Did CSU or TOI experience these same drops or weaknesses and how did they turn it around?
Thanks!

Q: Retired with a longterm (10+ years) investing horizon and a solid pension. My TFSA is primarily growth and all Canadian with some US exposure (WSP, PRL). I’ve got some $US I want to put to work in my new unregistered $US account. I realize you don’t want to get personal but if it were your money and you were looking to start a new US based portfolio with solid companies a bit on the growthy side what 6-8 companies would you consider?
Thanks so much.

Q: As a follow up to my previous question on OTEX, I would also ask that you comment on analysts downgrades related to OTEX moving towards organic growth and away from growth by acquisition. Isn’t this simply a function of its low stock price relative to earnings and cash flow? If a growth-by acquisition company like CSU bought OTEX then it would be immediately accretive to earnings because CSU trading at a high PE multiple. The same analysts would applaud CSU for its ability to grow by acquisition and call the stock a buy. I am not saying that CSU is a bad company, far from it, but I am wondering if analysts would better serve investors by focusing more on the organic growth of a company and not on what it might acquire in the future.

Q: By my calculations, OTEX is trading at 8X forward earnings and 10% FCF yield. At current price it has a 3.5% dividend yield. According to TD Cowen's analysis the stock could see a 33% return over the next 12 months if it meets the low end of its forecast. So why are all the buy side analysts downgrading the stock or maintaining their hold rating? Isn’t it time to buy when there's blood on the street and you feel sick in your stomach? Has anything changed in its business fundamentals?

Q: I'm looking to close a gap in my non-registered portfolio in the Industrial Sector. I'm not too concerned about industry. I'm looking for some reasonably priced options that you guys like that have good growth potential, but also pay a (growing) dividend. My intention is a long-term buy and hold. Would you please recommend your top 3 Cdn and top 3 US "likes" and rank order purchase preference from 1 to 6 (with 1 being your top pick) and any rationale for your choices that you think might be helpful to my decision making process. Thank you and thanks (yet) again for your excellent service.

Q: Hi Team,
I am watching BKNG sail up into that stratosphere...kicking myself for not buying this name long ago. Would you wait for a pullback here? I am hesitant because it seems so many "consumer" names are screaming "weakness" in the consumer spending lately. But yet it seems BKNG is bucking this trend. What's your take on this? I am afraid one of these quarters the rug will be pulled out from underneath if consumer stops travelling so much (similar to a airline). Or do you think BKNG and it's business is structured strong enough to avoid such a drop and their is still considerable upside despite it's already large size?

Thanks
Shane.

Q: Hello,

My son has saved a bit of money and expressed an interest in equity investing.

He does not value, yet, the value of "paid for" advice and has selected 5 stocks his friends have suggested.

I would appreciate the names of 4 or 5 stocks from the growth portfolio that are currently out of favor or have significant runway.

Thank you

Q: Good Day,

Rough day in the markets Thursday. After mine and other questions, getting a sort of analysis paralysis trying to make the 'right' move. Some (potentially) attractive dips, and Looking to set up the accounts for the next couple months.

Current concerning holdings. Hold, Sell, or add?

ASPN
ATS
CELH
CRNT
CROX
SMCI
TMDX

For the adds and holds, please rank with the following names in terms of highest conviction and total returns in the coming year. Knowing you can't get personal, what would be the highest portfolio percentage you would think would be appropriate for each given the nature/stage of the lifecycle each is in?

GOOG NTR ATD LUG GAU AEM WPM BCE SHOP ISRG

Thanks for everything!

Q: Hi gang, again thanks for answering all Q's on Hammond, I like your SBC comparison to other big companies and your adjusted EBITDA response to mine.

So I promise this to be my last Q on the Hammond roller-coaster;)

Can you provide an update on growth drivers, YoY and forward looking for this co,pany. Is the underlying thesis still strong, with all the electrification needed in NA. And what support levels do you see? I'm looking to leg into a full position, but based on Apr - Jun levels of mid 90's it looks like we could have more floors down to go.

Thx

Q: Hi,

Currently managing my parents investments. Apparently they have gotten wind of Bitcoin. They have asked me to take a flyer on some. That being said, if one were to buy it, would you prefer Galaxy?

Secondly, for a retired person's investment strategy, who would like a little tourque in their account, what 3 names would you suggest from either the gorwth or balance portfolio, to add to their account. Note, currently they have the majority of their investments in income related securitiies.

Thx.

Q: Why is their Share based compensation (SBC) so impactful and visible in the results? Is it because of the size of the company and revenue? Other companies I am sure has SBC but I rarely see it as a top headline item in earning press release.

Q: Hi gang, first thanks for answering earlier question on Hammond.

My question is if you had a chance to listen on CC this am, and if there were and questions on this SBC impact? It really seams to add volatility to the stock, good results, great share price appreciation, then we get hit with this negative SBC. It looks like they are investing in growth, 20 million to upgrade facilities, but this will come with bigger employee growth.

Thx
