Q: Big drop on lundin mining this morning (over 10%). Copper output has been reinstated and problems in Chile. Do you think its time to move on? Insiders were buying in the high $12.00 mark just a few weeks ago. Thanks.

Q: Not my worst, but far from my best TFSA performer. Small weighting that I often think about cleaning up. I can't seem to get past the thought that their assets must be worth something to others given drilling results. I see a decided shift toward Chinese board participants. Is such a sale possible in regulatory environment? What are your thoughts on continuing to hold? Might the Chinese possibility turn my frown upside down here?
Q: I own Largo Resources Ltd with a 50% gain. Would you consider the stock a Buy Hold or Sell if I have a 3 year horizon? Thank you

Q: Good morning, looking for your input on the mining sector and in particular the companies listed above, any cause for concern with the recent stock price retreat?
Q: Hi;
Would you recommend ODV at these levels for a speculative hold with a 2 to 4% weighting? I had not heard of the company until now, but like the tie to Osisko Royalty!!

Q: This stock was up sharply just before gold crashed after the Fed's meeting. I'm assuming there must have been some very positive news on the company and this may be a opportune time to buy. Do you have any information that you can share? Thanks for your research.
Q: Not super happy about the 2% drop in the price of oil today; however, I am a bit more mystified by the 5%+ drop in the price of XME. Is this a function, for whatever, reason, of inflation fears? Your perspective would be extremely welcome. Thanks!
Q: If you had to pick one of these which would it be or do you have another suggestion.?This would be long term hold looking for metals exposure and rare earth metals for demand in electronics production. Thanks
Q: Seems like a large negative reaction of gold/silver/platinum prices to the Fed meeting. What's your opinion on outlook for precious metals given the Fed's comments?
Q: Gold is supposed to do better in an inflationary environment, which we seem to be getting but it also does worse when rates are rising, like now. An enigma!! Who wins here? Thanks
Q: Why the dip? Seems like all the copper stocks took a blow this week. Is it a good time to buy? Do you see much upside in the next 6 months? Thanks
Q: I have a small position in Teck in the mid $20s. I was looking to add to it as the price drops. What do you think is an attractive entry point? I’m leery for adding to commodity stocks when they’ve gone a long way already knowing that things can change quickly. Your thoughts?

Q: Be interested in your thoughts on this company, and its downward price trend even though there have been some good drilling results. Thanks.
Q: Although copper prices are experiencing a correction the long term demand appears good. I have positions in Copper Mountain and Nevada Copper. Copper Mountain has been a great investment. Is Nevada Copper a buy, hold or sell at its current price. Thank you for this great service.
Q: Can you please give a update on this company?
Is is a buy, hold, or sell.
Thank you

Q: Hello,
I’m holding a small position is this company in an unregistered account at $3.27, and I am considering selling.
Is the recent news regarding the normal course issuer bid (share buyback for cancellation) a reason to stay in it for additional upside?
Thanks,

Q: Large drop today. Is this in response to their recent financial results. Do you think it is a buy, hold or sell.
Thanks

Q: Basil III comes into affect this year. From a piece in Seeking Alpha on Basil III I read:
QUOTE:
To sum up, gold will become a risk-free Tier 1 asset and it will become more expensive to buy and sell unallocated gold. These factors are highly bullish for physical gold. So, investors in this precious metal will be generously rewarded, provided they buy physical gold. But let me explain this in a bit more detail.
Under Basel III, gold would become a Tier 1 asset or a zero-risk asset, for banks. As mentioned in the Basel III framework,
...at national discretion, gold bullion held in own vaults or on an allocated basis to the extent backed by bullion liabilities can be treated as cash and therefore risk-weighted at 0%. In addition, cash items in the process of collection can be risk-weighted at 20%.
END QUOTE
What affect will this have on Sprott's holdings of gold and on my ownership of shares in PHYS? If it is positive I should be buying more. Right?
Thank you...
