Q: Please list 3or4 small cap precious metal companies that have a lot of potential.Thanks.
Q: Hi 5i Team - I appreciated your detailed response to my question on this company back in August. Last week Orogen stock had quite a move upwards with some backtracking since. Just wondering if there is any news accounting for the run-up and if it is worth continuing to hold for a three year time horizon. Thanks.
Q: Am I correct when I look at FM's latest Q, note #8, released Sept 30, 2021 that the company has made no progress reducing their debt? Thankfully I don't own the stock...I much prefer to take a beating on AEM!

Q: Peter & Co,
Nickel 28's Stock price (C$0.89) certainly does not appear to reflect the production, production growth, earnings or earnings growth of this nickel/cobalt miner.
EPS – Q3 US$0.07/share, Q1-3 US$0.19/share
P/E – 2.74x (assuming Q4 similar to Q3 and converting US$ to C$)
Debt - $79 million, down from 107.1 in Q3 2020
Cash – US$3.84 million
Product Pricing – Nickel and cobalt pricing is very strong and is projected to remain so.
I find this stock price to be very frustrating. What problem am I missing? Chinese partner? Venture Exchange? Microcap? Illiquid? Geography?
With appreciation,
Ed

Q: Can you share a your insights on Nanoxplore's recent financials? I am a little surprised the company didn't issue equity when it touched $9 to shore up its funding. Do you see any red flags in their financials or positive or negative trends?
Thanks so much.
John

Q: Good Morning 5i
What are your views on the need, terms and quality of a $25M Senior Convertible Note announced yesterday? The market reaction appears to be negative. Is this a short term reaction in your view?
Thanks for any comments.

Q: Thoughts on GMTN:CA, the recent floods in BC have seem to effected their price. Is this something to be concerned about?
Q: I have been holding this for a few years and it has finally started to move up nicely, up about 400% this year. Can you see this going to $3 or $4 or is the fun over on this one? Thank you.
Q: appreciate your comments on GRSL. Is this still a viable investment? Have not seen too many up days over the last few months.

Q: I recently purchased a position in AFM. I also recently asked a question on it and comments from 5I were generally favorable but since then the new variant arrived and with the company based in The Congo would this be a cause for concern. Thanks
Q: I understand that mining stocks are good value right now. can you tell me which areas specifically are good value and can you recommend an ETF?
thanks

Q: Peter; Any news to account for the jump today? Thanks.Rod
Q: This company advertises that both Eric Sprott and First Majestic are investors. Are the size of these investments significant enough to indicate a fairly strong conviction?
On the Insiders report on your site I see the following during Sept 2020:
Shares Traded: 4,621,241
Transaction: Buy under a prospectus exemption at $1.40 per Share
Value: $6,469,737.00
Shares Held: 0
There are three separate transactions listed with the same figures, except that one shows Shares Held as > 0.
What should this tell me? Why is "Shares Held" = 0 after two of the transactions?
Thanks,

I have about 5% of my portfolio in LIT and LAC. What do you think of lithium prices in the next few years? Is it sustainable. I fear another 2019 slide.

Q: With gold down in favour, I am looking to buy these two juniors in my TFSA, reap the ok dividends and wait for the price of gold to rebound. What is your opinion of this approach?
Q: Rare Earth Elements traded for over $4 this year, and was hovering between $1-2 in the last few weeks. Last week, they announced that each shareholder is being given one right for every share we own, that allows us to purchase another share for $0.24. My question is why would they do this so far below current and recent prices? Is this another way of giving shareholders a pseudo-dividend or sweet deal? I assume this is why the share price has been falling in the last few days (a possible doubling in the number of shares). Can you comment? Here is a snippet from their announcement. I assume it would be silly NOT to take them up on their offer.
"One (1) subscription right will be required to subscribe for one (1) common share of Rare Element Resources Limited at the subscription price of $0.24 USD per share. ... Additional Shares: If you exercise your basic subscription privilege in full, you may also exercise an oversubscription privilege to purchase additional common shares that remain unsubscribed for at the expiration of the rights offering, subject to availability and pro rata allocation of shares among persons exercising the oversubscription privilege."

Q: Your thoughts and opinions on the proposed merger of these two companies please (voting this Friday).
I have substantial shares in both. Also, if this puts me overweight in AEM, who would you suggest as a replacement for KL if needed?
Thanks so much for your services.
