Q: Hi Guys
I have noticed that there has been heavy insider selling on Capstone over the last 12 months, looks like they have collectively sold more than 20 million shares. Shares they could have accumulated around .55cent a few years ago. Insiders now only own around 5%, have we not missed the boat here?
Thanks Gord

Q: I am retired and so I spend a lot of time on business TV and online financial literature. It seems negative for 2023. Also, some popular securities BEP.UN - it has not had an up day in ages and ATZ has been range bound for the past 2 months. Today, FM is down 5% with no explanations on the sites I have checked as to why it is down 5%. Hopefully 5i can shed some light on my question. Thank you,

Q: Currently reviewing my precious metals exposure. In my royalty companies I have a full position in FNV and MMX. Would you hold MMX with the pending purchase by TFPM or would you sell and buy WPM at this time? In my gold miners, I have half positions in VGCX and NEM (position resulted from the Goldcorp merger), should either be sold and if so, would you purchase AEM? Any further thoughts on the precious metals exposure would be appreciated.

Q: Hi, Can I get your thoughts on the materials sector and some of these companies? With China potentially opening up in 23 and this industry taking a downturn with these companies down approx 20% . This would seem a good time to start nibbling on these companies.

Q: I have ample gold exposure--mining, bullion and FNV (stream). I am considering diversifying within adjacent sectors like silver and rare earths. I am considering selling FNV and buying something else (maybe something like WPM for the added silver exposure). What options would you look at for this move?
