Q: I am planning on buying gold etf but also would like to do a silver etf
what % of a portfolio would you put in the gold and or the silver etf in these times and looking for hold thru mid March (assuming turmoil on several fronts. Thank you.

Q: Hi 5i, Could I have a fresh look at PMET as a lithium small cap? I know of 3 analysts with target price over $10, does Bloomberg has a similar average? I’m not convinced this is the right time to buy lithium stocks, but would you prefer LAC? I already own ALB. Thanks as usual.

Q: DRX has announced great profits, new contracts and the buyback which happened after the last quarter. Negatives could be upcoming US elections, the buyback being treated as Insider selling and the deferral of revenues from this quarter to the next. There seems to be no retail support for this stock, or retail support is not sufficient to offset the institutional selling. What would be the steps that management needs to take to stop the bleeding on this stock as it has been in a down draft since the high of $20.8?

Q: For gold, I've always liked your idea of holding the real thing. I therefore followed your advice to have PHYS which I hold as an insurance rather than for trading.

I'm looking to build the same thing in Bitcoin for about 5% of my portfolio. Can you recommend an ETF or fund that is based on holding bitcoin (rather than one that places bets on it).

I'd like to know your opinion on the best one in CAD and in USD. Since I'm holding it for the long term, would it be better to covert to USD and hold it all there?

Please also give your opinion on the 'insurance' strategy and whether you think 5% of each of gold and bitcoin is a suitable amount for this purpose.

Q: My favorite holdings LMN and DRX are lagging behind recently. It seems that LMN has a significant insiders selling over the past few months and DRX has a customer concentration risk issue. With the addition of WPM to the balanced portfolio, are you still going to be holding onto AEM having 2 pure material stocks at once?

Both are at or near all time highs.
