Q: I recently purchased FCX and watched it go down 20%. What is the reason? Is it time to add? Is more patience required?
Thanks!

Q: My question is on Cerrado Gold, a Canadian company that was a spin-off from a piece of junk I bought a long time ago. Its symbol on the venture exchange is CERT but it is not in your database. I was planning on selling it to clean up my portfolio but after some initial due diligence, it seems like it might be worth keeping. I find its balance sheet confusing in regards to its debt level so I want your thoughts before I do anything. Its a very small position so not a factor in my portfolio.

Q: I need to consolidate some of the riskier stocks in my portfolio. Of the following on my chopping block, could you rate which would be keepers for the long term (with a hands-on approach) - best to worst - KSI, GLXY, AVGO, AXON, IESC, ROAD, COIN, APP, CRWD? Also, I hold both GSY and PRL. Is it reasonable to let one go in a consolidation? If so, which one - thanks!
Q: I am selling wgx to harvest a loss. With a 3 year time frame, would you rebuy wgx or buy lug?
Q: What do you think of McEwan Mining? Please include some fundamental analysis and future outlook - thx, John
Q: Hi Peter…would you be buying safe jurisdiction gold miners now? The price of the metal, to my layman’s eye, is acting a little more bipolar now. Last Thursday or Friday all my stocks except for TD, AEM, WGX and GOT were down suggesting a level of panic. Today the golds are down suggesting fear of inflation ticking up triggering higher interest rates. Thinking of selling my WGX to buy AGI because it seems a better miner. Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

Q: Good afternoon,
What is your view of ABX after all the problems in Mali and the temporary closure of one of its best mines. Is it a buy at these prices?
Thanks,
George

Q: Hi Peter…Would you buy more GOT now? They seem to be posting excellent grades today. My weighting is 1/2 of 1%. Still maybe I should just let the stock ride. Gold is just so hard to call. Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

Q: Hello 5i
One of the advantages a small investor may have is access to buying small companies where Institutional Investors would not be able to buy a meaningful position. Easy to say that Source Rock Royalties is a tiny company at $40 MM.
As they have been operating since 2013 (public since March 2022) with a successful dividend + Growth Model and never a negative cashflow quarter, would you consider this one a decent play for Royalty Income. The Dividend yield is high (9%) with low payout ratio (60%) and cash on the books ...... so it appears the business and income stream are sustainable.
With a quick review of their financials and business model, do you see anything that would be of concern for an investor looking to take up a position to enhance Portfolio income?
I did notice the prior two Q&A.
Thanks

Q: Good morning. May we have your assessment of AYA as to why it has tanked in the past 3 months, what your prognosis is for it, and what your buy-in price would be? Grazzia
Q: The company news release sounds like optimistic talk covering up lower production. This being a new merger I cannot tell if this is rhetoric - spinning bad news, or progress being made, higher production and profitability around the corner? Your take on this please.
Q: Greetings
In reference to my recent question on silver you neglected to give me your present favorite silver miners. I know that in the past you have liked Paas, but I wondered if maybe that has changed.
Thanks,
Ben.

Q: Could I please have an update on PWM? Any changes or further insight?
Q: When you have time ......... copper stocks have been soft of late and I assume this is in response to the EV sector which has been under pressure - yet my understanding is that the grid sorely needs upgrading, which I assume requires new copper lines, while some of the other participants in the electrical sector have done well which suggests a buoyant sector. So I am confused as future demand in particular appears to exceed available supply - and Dr Copper has underperformed the market. What is the outlook for copper?
Q: Can you provide an update on FTEL, CRUZ and LAC. Take however many credits as required. Thank you and Happy New Years to all your staff. Totally appreciate all you do for us investors.
