Q: What is you opinion on the expected performance of the materials sector for the next 3-5 years? What is your recommended portfolio allocation (as % of total) for materials? I am 58 years old with 7 years before retirement and have $2+ mln well diversified taxable portfolio mainly consisting of sector and market ETFs. Medium tolerance to risk. I am currently at 10% in materials, thinking about adding 1.5-2% by buying XLB. Thanks.

Q: There haven't been a lot of questions on Teck in the past few month, and I see you recommended it as a long term hold. It's had a good run up - does It still have legs for 2+ years, or is it clearly a 5+ year hold? I own Capstone - is there too much overlap here?

Q: COPP.TO (Global X Canada) COPP (Sprott ETF in USA) COPX (Horizon Global X USA) - Do you have any preference for a Canadian resident who wants to invest in a diversified copper ETF? Do you have an alternative suggestion to these ones? Both the COPP (Sprott US) and COPX (Horizon US) are treated as US situ property with respect to Estate taxes.
Q: Do you have any preference between GLD & PHYS? Thanks.
Q: Hello Folks:
Because of possible anticipated continuing inflation is it reasonable to hold a portion of our investment portfolio in physical gold or silver? We are seniors in our 70's.
We value and appreciate your thoughts!

Q: Will Dundee come back from the dead? Since its low of two months ago, the trading price has doubled, yet (per Rick Rule) the sum of its investments is still three times its current market value. Would a bull market in mining make this a compelling, leveraged value play? Given its current minimal revenues, what would count as evidence for improvement?

Q: I think this question has been asked. Instead of buying gold bullions, could you please recommend two or three etfs that are equivalent to buying bullions.
What are the differences, if any, between buying gold bullions and buying your recommended etfs?
What are your thoughts on buying gold now after the rally gold has already had so far?
Thank you,
