Q: I am looking for a 2012 "dog" that should turn around this year and consider gold to be an opportunity. I am also looking to minimize or at least reduce risk, and willingtherefore to accept less upside.
So,does this make sense: equal weight producers( e.g. XGD), bullion ( CGL) and a yield play (PME)?
Q: Hi Peter, I tried the best I could with the TD stock screener to follow the "Franklin" approach talked about in the Canadian Money Trader a few months ago. The two Canadian stocks that met the screening criteria were Iamgold (IMG) and PanAmerican Silver (PAA). PAA also has strong insider buying. Any comments on these?
Q: I have a 4% position in silver through SLW. I would like to increase my position now to take advantage of the (sometimes) short term Jan/Feb seasonal pop in silver but also for a longer term hedge against potential inflation. Would you recommend sticking with SLW or diversifying into another stock/vehicle, and if so, what? Any general recommendations on % to be held in a portfolio and do you feel purchase at this time makes sense ?
Thanks for the great service you are providing.
Q: Hi Peter and 5i. All the best for 2013! What is your take on Temex Resources (TME)? Any catalysts upcoming? Is it a decent stock relative to similar sized/stage junior gold explorers? Thanks.
Q: I would like your opinion of Romarco, R.
It's been falling and had 2 big days down, can't find any news on why.
Iv'e traded it a couple times and am considering going back into it.
Thanks and Merry Christmas to everyone
Q: I was wondering if you could comment on San Gold's downward movement. Has there been some bad news recently? Thanks and happy holidays to everyone. You do a wonderful job of informing and educating investors.
Q: Peter, gold seems to have fallen of its own cliff of late. I know you have suggested Goldcorp as a good stock to consider but do you have any thoughts on ZJG, BMO's junior gold ETF. I'm light on gold in my portfolio and am wondering if now might be a good time to think seriously about an addition.

Q: Hello 5i. Do you have any comments on the gold market and gold stocks that you could share. Why has the price of goldcorp come down so much. It went from about $33 dollars to $45 and now back down to under $36. What does this mean. Should I be buying some goldcorp stock at the current price or not? Any input to help me understand will be greatly appreciated.
Bashir
Q: I would appreciate any insight you can provide on Premier Gold (either as a short term trading opportunity or as a longer term investment). Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter can you give me your thoughts on Centamin Egypt "CEE" based on the last events. Would it be worth averaging down at this point and hope for a recovery to try and recoup some loss. Thanks, Nick
