Q: Silver Wheaton......I hear only good things about this company.
The bottom line depends on Silver prices. Is it time to give up on Gold and Silver.

Q: After DPM(Dundee Precious Metals) dropped substantially do you think it has some recovery in it?Thanks
Q: Hello, after investing in stocks for 20 years, some even profitable <chuckling>, I've noticed when most everyone is expecting a scenerio to unfold in a certain fashion, it rarely does. I'm wondering if/when QE is eventually wound down, maybe the price of gold will go up as these events have already been priced in?
Q: If gold stays at it's present level, does this increase the risk that Detour will need to dilute its shareholders with a financing before it is cash flow positive? (Assuming no major hiccups in the recent guidance on mine start-up). Would OSK also stay cash flow positive?
Q: Please let me know if there is any reason to hang on to YRI. Thanks for your answer. Betty
Q: Hi Peter, Gold is hammered again today, all the talk about the Fed reigning in QE etc. What are your thoughts on this matter?
Have a great long weekend.

Q: Good morning, Peter.
As a holder of First Majestic Silver (SLV.TO) I was not too concerned by the Q1 revenue, cash flow or earnings. However the stock is down 59% from its 12 month high. What am I not seeing? With a 3-5 year holding period do you see this stock as a sell, hold or buy?
With appreciation.
Ed

Q: GoldCorp - the selloff continues! I'm down from $32.90 and it traded down to $27 this AM. Any changes in the fundamentals that would cause me to want to dump this? There are many out there now speculating the gold bull run could be finished, if the economy keeps on picking up. Do you still hold to your thesis of a gold recovery? Strikes me odd that GoldCorp is taking larger hits than many mid caps golds on this latest selloff.
Q: Hi Peter and Team, is the following correct regarding MND;
Mandalay Resources Corp MND:TSX
A quarterly dividend of $0.77 CAD per share was announced on May 14, 2013 with an ex-dividend date of May 22, 2013 and a pay date on May 31, 2013. The annual dividend for Mandalay Resources Corp is $3.08 CAD per share.
If this is correct, .256666 cents CDN per share monthly, then why is the stock trading at such a discount, at .86 cents? I don't get it, is it an error or have I misunderstood something? Thanks!

Q: Hi, Peter
Mandalay Resources (MND.TO)just came out with their financials and declared a quarterly dividend of 0.769 cents based on 6% of the gross revenue for the quarter. How would you evaluate the quarterly financials? Is MND a buy, hold or sell? Is the 3.5% yield safe?
Thanks for the great service that you and your staff provide.

Q: Hello,
I have shares in Novagold, my first and only gold purchase. I'm currently losing about 30%, I realize the whole sector is down and you have advised waiting until it bottoms out. I purchased these shares because of their Galore Creek & Donlin Gold projects, but it seems like it will take a very long time for development, if it does move forward. Projected EPS for the next few years is negative. I wasn't familiar with the sector and didn't know that this would end up being a very long term hold. I'm wondering if it would be better to dump the shares instead of tying up my capital and reinvest later if prospects look better.
