Q: ANV(bond) I own the allied nevada 8.75% bond which matures in 2017. It's only 2.5% of my portfolio, but can I expect to continue getting the interest payments and my cash back at maturity? And given the current cost of the bond, would a further investment be at all prudent?
Thanks
Kyle

Q: Could I get your view on ANV (Allied Nevada), in light of it's big drop today on the negative news. The news may be negative but it seems they are on top of it and being straight forward with the situation.
Thanks

Q: Hi Peter and Team,

Any thoughts on Virginia Mines, VGQ? especially the value of their Eleonore project alone when the mine starts up in 2015.

Q: Hi Peter,

I'm interested in knowing your current thoughts on Alexco, AXR. I bought it at much higher prices as a long term investment. My question is, does this company have the legs to last long term? If I average down and hold on... am I likely to be rewarded? Or, should I just sell it, take the loss, and move on to something more attractive. Any guidance would be helpful.

Thanks!

Q: Hi, Sandstorm Gold (SSL) seems to be falling more than both gold and many gold stocks lately. Can you please comment on their recent results and what you see for the future. Are there other gold names you would prefer? I also already own Argonaut (AR) & B2 (BTO). Thanks!

Q: Hi 5i,

On July 22 you mentioned the following about gold:

"Gold is a tough call. We think gold equities may be weak for a bit longer, but the commodity is starting to attract physical buying. Watch $1338, it is a key moving average price. Above that, gold may break out. The equities are cheap, and have staged a very good July recovery. Bottoms are tough to call, but we are likely close to a longer recovery."

What are your thoughts about the price of silver and silver plays like Silver Wheaton (SLW)?

Thanks for the great service!
