Q: I would like your thoughts on silver - is now a good time to invest and would you buy the commodity or a silver mining stock?

Q: It looks like LSG is trading in line with TOH, and the takeover premium is build in. I am not sure that I want to own TOH, which seems to be mainly in Guatemala. Is there a better choice, selling LSG now and buying one or two alternatives?

Q: Hope your Easter was lovely. I have owned TGZ from the $3.00 range. Hindsight of course would say should have sold it a long time ago but not having done that and after reading their most recent reports I think that things might get significantly better in the near future. If you agree that the report is positive then I think it would make sense to hold on for a while longer and re coup some of my costs. Look forward to your assessment of the situation. Thank you.

Q: Hi team, question is on Stornoway diamond. Just got in around 1$ thinking that once the mine is complete, this thing becomes a takeover candidate. Am I right and could you provide your view of the company?

Q: I sold out my teck at $5.50 on your concerns that Teck may be a binary trade, either up or down. It looked more like down at that time. But, I have been stewing abit about Teck recently. It is the one stock that i have lost a lot of money on. And I always want to get it back.

The debt has been the concern with Teck, of course. But, i recently read a respected newsletter writer who noted that because of its cost cutting and strong reserves it was already beginning to enjoy its turnaround.

Now, the big question, as I say is debt. He notes that Teck ran debt of 1.5 times its currently depressed market cap. But, this debt doesn't come due until 2017. And the first tranche is $600 US million. They say, also, that Teck has 3.0 billion US of untapped credit available to them until 2020.

Now, i don't want to play one against another here. I think I made a good move when I sold out. But, now I am wondering whether, because of the dates of the debt due, I might have a little more time to watch this stock and take action a little later on. That is if it goes down again, I may buy back in. I'd appreciate your thoughts on these remuninations

I have seen him interviewed on BNN a few times and have been quite impressed with his knowledge and general approach to investing in junior gold companies. Am just wondering if you have had any experience with his success in this field. Thanks.

Q: I joined the traders in Feb. and I am up more than 120% on both of these names. Does 5 i see anything new here to cause this rally ? There has been no selling by insiders and ceo of FM owns 5 million plus shares which is one of my most important metrics.

It was my understanding that ASR was a solid company. However it has remained in a range for several years now and has not participated in the gold rally. Is the political conflict in Turkey a drag or are there other factors! Please give your assessment. Would you still prefer MND over ASR.

In the last 4 months HMY has gone from $0.52 to $4.19. I guess you could say it went from the Intensive Care Unit to being discharged from the hospital with a positive prognosis. Ha!Ha! You would agree it was due for profit taking. Yesterday it declined 10% on 11M volume. Then in the last 30 minutes it traded 35M shares and went up 5%. only loosing 3% for the day. I was amazed! So please tell me what this means. Was this institutional buying on the dip...is this a good sign for the future? Also is there a rough rule of thumb between the price correlation between bullion and miners when they are already in profit territory? So if bullion went up 10% to $1375.00 what might happen to HMY?

I have a small holding in DAN in a margin account along with other blue chips G, MFC and TD. The upside looks good for DAN at the current and should I add to DAN or MFC.
