Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
I realize no one can see the future. However I know you have good insight into this company...so I was wondering! If you were a St. Andrew Goldfield shareholder how would you assess this deal? Would you take the positive bounce in SAS stock, sell and move on? Or do you agree with both boards of directors that the synergies will benefit both companies...Therefore if you liked SAS before the deal you should be pleased to become a KGI shareholder. Please keep in mind SAS was a long term hold and KGI could be also! Do you think it might be wiser to sell and buy another gold stock that would be better than KGI? A contrarian choice would be preferred!
Thanks again...it is always great to know you and your team is just a click away when a retail investor is faced with a decision and does not want to go down the wrong road!

Q: What would your top three Precious metal miner picks be?

Q: Hi Team,
I was surprised today that Goldcorp and other precious metals miners jumped up. G was up over 7%, presumably on news about the rate hike in the US. Klondex, Mandalay, Agnico Eagle and others were also up quite a bit (so it's not company specific). Can you please comment on the correlation between US rates, US dollar and gold miner prices. Seems like gold itself was down slightly. I would have expected gold miner shares to fall.
Thank you for your insights.

Q: Why is MND tanking when other golds seem to be strengthening? Is there something specific to the company going on?

Q: I see your not a fan of Robert Friedland, but he certainly is a deal maker (must be very well connected).
I have been watching Ivanhoe for a long time and picked some up recently. With the deal with Zijin and the Platreef holdings, plus the commodity market being so out of favour I have a hard time seeing how this can't be a good buy over the next couple years.
Your opinion please and thanks for your fabulous service (I'll be a member as long as I'm in the market)

Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
On Nov.16th KGI bought SAS...to close in Jan.2016...if all proceeds well. SAS was valued at $0.47 and would receive .0906 KGI shares for each SAS share.
Currently SAS is trading at $0.44 and KGI is down from it's $5.23 closing on Nov.16th. My question if you please...is there any way SAS can go above $0.47 before the closing date? What happens if KGI went higher than $5.23 before closing...would that effect SAS?

Q: I have a very small allocation to two junior miners - Nevada Copper (NCU) and Sherritt (S). I plan to crystallize losses on one of these positions and consolidate into the other. Given high risk tolerance, which of these would you prefer to hold long term.

Q: I would appreciate your opinion on a switch for tax loss, selling YRI and buying OGC or G or would you suggest another gold company with similar potential. Alternatively buying back YRI after 30 days.

Thanks

Q: Yesterday, I read a disturbing article on Seeking Alpha that Timmons Gold might be bankrupt & cease operating in 2016. It is the only gold stock that I own & I bought it at $2.20. It is now $0.20. Should I give up on this stock and sell while it still has some value. Gold seems like it will take a few years to bounce back. 1 year ago Timmons Gold had a bright future but it's debt has grown and might be too large to pay back. Also what is your opinon of the Seeking Alpha site, thanks.

Q: I own a Sherritt 8% bond maturing Nov. 15, 2017. Am I likely to get my principal back? Should I just sell for what it's worth today? This company looks to be in a lot of trouble and I'm worried.
