Q: This was a top pick on BNN this week based on being one of the lowest cost mining companies and trading at a significant discount to peers. Also having a high free cash flow yield. 5.6 times PE on 2020 earnings. And possible hidden value on ownership stakes in other companies. Wondering what your thoughts are on this name? Its been awhile since previous comments were posted.

Q: I believe TV is being hit hard by tax loss selling and may now be way oversold as it is hitting all time lows. Your comments a few weeks ago were that the balance sheet is fine, It is very cheap on a cash flow basis, and production is good. Costs are improving, and the company is targeting a further $50M reduction in costs. You did caution that as a small market cap, down 58% in a year, you thought it may stay weak into year end. I am a patient, long term investor so short term pain does not bother me, but before I invest I always like to get your opinion. My questions are:
1) do you still believe TV is financially sound and will survive?
2) with tax loss selling and negative company/sector sentiment being reflected in the all time low stock price that TV may be setting itself up as a good/excellent risk/reward investment?

Many Thanks
Scott

Q: Good morning team,

Given the recent news from Kirkland Lake, how would you rank your top 3 favourite gold producers?

If Gold itself was to break out again to new highs in the near future, do you think this acquisition will hold back the shares of KL relative to its peers as digests the take over?

Finally, what are your thoughts on silvers potential?
Are their any silver producers that look attractive to you?

Thanks for your great work!

Q: ON Feb 9 of this year I asked you which stock(s) do you think could be the next KL. You gave me 2. NOVO and NUAG. Both have been stellar performers since then yet again.

1)Would you still hold them or have they reached their potential?
2)Could you suggest another couple of names that you really like in the same genre?

Thanks

Sheldon

Q: I recently sold. AEM and waiting for a pul back. I was thinking of buying DGC gold just in case if there will be another offer. If no offer I would end up with KL gold or would you suggest just buy KL directly at today’s price. Can you please me your opinion and when is the deal supposed to close and if I buy 1000 shares of DGC gold how many KL shares I would get. Do you think current offer is good or they might be another offer. Is there any regularity risk.

Currently I don’t have any gold stocks

Thanks for your great service

Q: What do you think of MUX after another desperate move to raise $50 million US near the low of the year, is it safe to hold on to this for a few years?? It appears Rob McEwen has lost all credibility , he has continued to tell us that all the operational problems have been corrected but we continue to get unpleasant negative surprises over and over..
Thanks,
George
