I would like your opinion on Versa Bank.It seems to meet some of your criteria for an investment grade company. For example, high inside ownership and a new dividend.

Q: Group - Several weeks ago I asked a question about both Canadian + us banks +Pay pal +Score and so on. The question was that I was watching my profits slowly but surely disappearing in the sector ( I have been heavy into Financials for the last 2 yrs so have done very well) . I wanted to cash out but was advised that with strong quarterly results expected to hold on and everything would work out (I hold 20 % total portfolio exposure). I want to revisit the question now all the companies have reported earning and they continue to drop especially US holdings. Please give me your present thoughts on the sector (both Cad + US Financials+ the overall market its getting ugly and strong earnings are not helping the overall trend downwards. Thanks for your valued opinion . There are several questions here so deduct as you see fit

Q: I have recently inherited a portfolio of stocks heavily weighted towards the Canadian banks (RY, BNS, TD, BMO, NA, CM). About 30% of the portfolio is made up of these six banks and I am uncomfortable with the lack of diversity and high correlation.
Which two or three banks do you feel are the least attractive and therefore the best sell candidates?

Q: Is there anything new on the Bank "Bail-In" front? Has it been determined if savings account will be hit or not? What about investment accounts like Investorline? Any new tips on how to protect against this?

Q: Can I please have your analysis on this company's recently announced earnings and your general thoughts on the prospects for the company going forward. Thank You.
Q: Is it possible that the recent run up in CBL's share price is largely due to their NCIB? Is it a pipedream to think that their plan is to max out their daily purchases allowed under the NCIB up to a certain share price of let's say $9-10 and then take it private (with a premium) at $11-12?
Q: What would be a catalyst for ECN to start rising? It really has not done much over the past 1.5 years. Is this stock undervalued?
Q: Due to poor performance ECN is now at the head of my chopping block. When does it report for this quarter? Also, do you see any catalyst on the horizon that can move the stock price within the upcoming quarter or next? Thanks.
