Q: I read a more detailed US legal article on the TD money laundering scandal in NY/NJ and was quite disturbed. It has been a core holding of mine for a full decade. Thinking of taking it down from a full to a half position while the DOJ probe and further sanctions play out. Would you caution against this at this time (with damage already done to stock) or do you think its a prudent move?
Q: Asking your views for CompoSecure and SurgePays please thanks.
Q: It seems that mortgage investment corporations pay a nice interest . Do you like them for income? If so, which ones do you like? Thanks. cheers
Q: Could I have your thoughts on the new CON DEB issue- assume it ranks above the common dividend - but at 7.5 % still high risk ? Ok for a limited investment
Q: Comments please on EFN's latest quarterly results. I have a half position. Do you think that this is a hold or buy more.
Thanks, Tim.
Thanks, Tim.
Q: Could you please advise me on which ETF you would recommend for trading Bitcoins in Canadian Dollars. High daily trading volume, Liquidity and bid/ask spread are important criteria.

Q: Please comment on its most recent Q. Would you continue to hold or is there another name which you would buy as a replacement? Is BN or CSU a good proxy?
Q: Hi, Why the Propel stock keeps dropping, despite excellent results ? Now, seems like, it has broken below the $25 support level ( recent gap up after earnings ) and is down $6 or, 20%, from the post earning bounce. Is it worth accumulating around $23 ? Thanks
Q: Would you consider this stock investable at this time for long term - 5 years or longer or you would prefer other Brookfield family stocks ?

Q: Hi, We own RY/CM/GS- 12% , IFC - 2.75% and PRL -1% among Financials. In addition, we bought EQB - 1% position at $85, based on strong analyst commentary, a month ago. We need some cash to raise and were wondering if it is necessary to own EQB or with about 15% weight through above holdings, we can let the EQB go.
Thank You
Thank You
Q: WHICH do you prefer and why? Could you justify holding both? Thanks
Q: Follow-up to TD proxy, I already have a FULL position in RY;; next choice?
Q: Looking for a proxy replacement for TD. The near to mid-term prospects for the bank appear uncertain at best and perhaps subject to substantial fines and/or restrictions to future M&A etc. at worst. What comparable financial institution would you suggest as an substitute. Many thanks, Rockdoc
Q: Any reason you see for this pullback below its low price post earnings.I thought they were excellent with strong guidance also.
Q: Why such a big downward move last week over 2.00 down.Did I miss a report and big amount of shares were sold.Tks 5i
Q: With regard to the money laundering attibuted to TD in their US branches. The media reports referenced "duffel bags" of cash presented to tellers for deposit.
Is there not a rule or regulation that any cash transactions over $10,000 as being required to be investigated. or is that in Canada only Also would not the other tellers/manger not see this happening? Sounds crazy.

Q: Just read the earnings report for ECN . Looks like they had earning of zero per share which the market appears to like .... Could 5i give an analysis and opinion on the two businesses and thoughts for a catalyst going forward ? Also comment on the management changes. I believe management was a large part of the company's original attraction . I also received the " Management Information Circular " in the mail which has comments on the strategic review. It mentions someone called " Skyline " . Could 5i explain who they are, what they do, and translate the explanation of the strategic review from " Business gobbleygook " to " Business for dumbies " so I understand it and what you think of the results of the review ? ..... Thanks for your always sound analysis ..... Garth
