Q: It seems like FLOT, MFT have not seen the dramatic price drop as XBB and CBO even though XBB and CBO have the lower yield. Could you comment as to why? For new money in the present market what would you suggest? Thanks for your service.

- Global X S&P 500 Index Corporate Class ETF (HXS)
- Vanguard U.S. Dividend Appreciation Index ETF (VGG)
Q: Does Horizons or similar company have a tax deferred ETF that would be similar to VGG. I understand HXS does for US exposure, though I am interested in one that focuses on dividends which are only taxed as capital gains once the stock is sold. Thank you for your service.
Q: Good Day to you All
Would you consider this ETF as a good place to be in the present stock market

- Global X Active Ultra-Short Term Investment Grade Bond ETF (HFR)
- Vanguard Dividend Appreciation FTF (VIG)
- iShares Floating Rate Bond ETF (FLOT)
Q: What's your view of continuing to hold VIG in the near to medium term? I'm thinking there could be an increasing amount of pressure on it and its constituent companies as higher bond yields are actually materializing and are making VIG's 1.84% dividend look anemic by comparison. Is there an alternative holding/strategy you might recommend in its place during this period?
Q: Given the recent declines in prices for these two ETF's, would this be a good time to buy in? An which would you prefer?
Q: Looking for fixed income exposure (Canadian). One or two ETFs if possible. What impact should we expect of rising rates on these ETFs? Thanks.
Q: Would this be a suitable ETF to begin a TFSA for a young person just established in a job? They have student debt and other expenses to focus on, but I would like to give them a bit of a start on saving/investing with a small TFSA.
Q: Do Vanguard's Canadian products require the filing of CRA 1135 form?
Q: Can you give me your opinion of the Harvest Income ETF products?
Specifically HCBB, Banks and Buildings Income.
Thanks

Q: Just sold mutual funds and want to transition to low fees ETF's for the portion of my portfolio outside of Canada. It is for my RRSP, 15 years from retirement. I was thinking SPY / XEF and VEE for the equities side. Do you have something better to propose? I would need help for the fixed income portion, 1 or 2 ETFs please. Thanks.
- Vanguard FTSE Canadian High Dividend Yield Index ETF (VDY)
- Vanguard FTSE Developed All Cap ex North America Index ETF (CAD-Hedged) (VI)
- Vanguard S&P 500 Index ETF (CAD-hedged) (VSP)
Q: Do you think these 3 ETFs, provide a diversified enough portfolio? I plan to invest equal amounts in these ETFs and re-balance every year. They would be held in a RRSP, RESP and TFSA. Does it matter in which accounts I hold these ETFs? I plan to supplement my income I receive when I retire. I am basically looking to put together a portfolio that I know will be around long after I die. I'm only 30, but I've been listening to John Bogle and Warren Buffett speak about what they believe individual investors should do with their money.
Q: I would like your update on ZST in this current market THX Mike

Q: This is a question about sector etfs in general and xli specifically. Are the spdr etfs a good way of achieving proper asset mix .Is there a canadian equivalent which is as good? Is Xli specifically a good way of increasing the industrial portion of the portfolio?
Q: Hi, this is first my question and it is about Japan. Is this a good time to add Japanese exposure through ETFs? Wisdom Tree has added ETFs JAPN and JAPN.B what is your opinion of them and is there any liquidity issues. I am thinking of using unhedged version as the YEN could appreciate??
Q: Hello,
Can you please suggest an ETF for the Nasdaq Index in Canadian dollars and unhedged? Please also provide the past performance and fees charged. If there are a few, please recommend the one that you think is better. Thank you in advance!
Rossana.

Q: Is it a good time to add exposure to Japan through an ETF? Wisdom Tree has two JAPN and JAPN.B, what is their reputation and the liquidity? Does the currency (Yen) have upside? I am thinking of the unhedged version. Your thoughts on Japan and the preferred ETF. THX
