Q: I have been reading and listening to interviews about the idea of investing in carbon credits. Of course, there is some typical "going to the moon" hype associated with the narrative. However, the thesis is intriguing. Do you know of a carbon credit investment vehicle? Thanks.

Q: I only invest in Canada so know nothing about US stocks. What would be the US equivilant of XIC, broad based low cost exchange traded fund?
Q: Hello Peter and team,
Do you think Brookfield renewables is surging (to move away from oil) due to higher oil prices? If oil dips, would you think the stock will get hit? From the various sectors, which one do you think offers the best potential given the current situation? Would the agriculture sector be a good one with cow on tsx. Thanks very much

Q: May I have your thoughts on this name?
Q: Hi,
I am seeing what appears to be a surge in copper and wondering if this might be an opportunity to invest in either an ETF or individual stock. Given the current market, which would you prefer? Risk tolerance is fairly high, but I have little diversification in the materials sector other than GDX and SLX. Most of my available cash is in US dollars, within tax sheltered accounts. Thanks in advance for your sage advice!

Q: Any thoughts on KRBN as a diversifier? I do not have a position currently but have been watching it for some time. Do you think it recent decline represents an opportunity for a 5-10 year investment? Thank-you.
Q: Hello friends,
I was watching KRBN for a good price to start a small position and participate in the global trend of reducing pollution. However, I've noticed that in the past couple of weeks the price went down hard and fast.
I couldn't come up with a better explanation for this downward trend other than, perhaps, the fund is inversely correlated with the price of oil. Do yo have a better explanation/reason for this trend?
Many thanks!

Q: Hi
Thinking of selling ICLN I am down 21% and replacing it with VDE.
Why!! I think the clean air flavor of the month is dead for a while and want the ride oil shortage.
Also METV still not show the intraday price on my Portfolio Analysis.
Thank you
Mike

Q: Hello 5i,
Eric Nuttal has put an energy income fund together which will begin to trade on March7. Do you have any information on this fund and what his fees for running it will be?
Thanks as always. Cheers

Q: Hello Peter and co.,
I have a follow-up to Simon's question about tax-loss selling of QQQ posted on March 4.
Would leveraged ETFs, such as QLD and TQQQ, also be considered the same as QQQ? While those two ETFs are based on the NASDAQ 100 index, they don't track it directly.
(Also, I do realize you don't endorse the purchase of leveraged ETFs.)
Thank you for your helpful advice!
