Q: A 3 year chart shows HXE up 107% and XLE up 52%, both based upon the same index. Does XLE not include dividends? If HXE includes re-invested dividends, when is that increase included in the share price?

Q: How safe if the PSA? I ask because I know some commentators are talking about a “credit event” perhaps happening sometime in the next few years, and I remember some money market mutual funds having some kind of unexpected difficulty in the past.

Q: Is this iShares 25+ Year Treasury STRIP Bond ETF
buyable now or is it better to wait for interest rates to rise further?

Also I don't understand how there is a yield of 3.95% (according to yahoo finance) if the underlying bonds are zero coupon bonds.

I would appreciate your overall opinion on GOVZ. Thank you

Q: Can you please explain the difference between KILO and KILO.B. With the gold price being set internationally, I do not understand how there can be a benefit to dollar hedging? Which of these two ETFs would you recommend?

Q: Just reading the ETF/mutual fund newsletter, and the changes to the growth portfolio. I am wondering where I can find longer term returns for the 3 ETF portfolios? Only the 3 month and YTD returns are displayed in the charts, whereas most investors would need longer term info before taking the plunge.

Q: Hello, I'm recently retired. I am seeking income generating vehicles for my various, registered plans (RRSP, LIRA, TFSA) to invest in. I'm considering an investment in ZWU. I'm wondering if there might be a similar, utilities based, covered call, ETF available for the American market?

Lastly, if any of these ETFs might also be available without the covered call overlay and if you believe that those versions of the ETFs might provide better, mid-term probability of a greater Total Return; I'd be interested in your opinion, as well.

Q: Further to recent discussions on momentum ETF's, can you please provide your opinion on Vanguard US momentum:VFMO. I'm reading the key to success depends on being nimble, recognizing changing market/economic conditions and reacting sooner than later. VFMO apparently reviews 1/12 of its investments each month vs others reviewing quarterly or biannualy.

Q: I asked in a previous question if you favoured SPY or VIG, you sided with SPY. So brings me to SPY vs QQQ. Bat the average with SPY or gamble on the more tech heavy QQQ rebounding stronger and looking like a good buying opportunity. I am slightly underweight tech so would beef up my tech holdings as well
