Q: RBC lowered target price to 153. Anything to be concerned about? I looked up report section and last time TFII was formally reported upon was April 2022. Can you explain why 5i feels TFII is a top pick? What are the main strengths and weaknesses going forward? What price do you see down the road and why?
A suggestion: company reports should be updated every 12 months. In TFII's case, it's 17 months and counting. I realize there are lots of questions about TFII but a report formally brings it all together. I'm sure your customers would appreciate this.

Q: I'm not sure if I should take comfort in the fact that you still have ZRE in the portfolio or not, the last little while has been rough. If you were putting new money into the sector under current conditions would you stick with the equal weight ETF approach or would you just choose a couple of your favourite individual stocks like DIR and/or CAR (or perhaps another ETF that is not equal weight)?

Q: Would you finally pull a plug on ADW.A:CA since its value has been relentlessly going south ? Your hopes expressed in May 2023 report have not materialized in the stock valuation. Having lost over 50% of its value in my portfolio I am not longer optimistic about it recovery in foreseeable future.

Q: I own CP, CNR, ENB, BCE, in my Rif account and was thinking about selling these to buy UMAX to increase income and keep me in these sectors. They are about 17% of that portfolio and I don't think I am adding risk by doing this but I will be increasing income significantly. Does this move make sense? Thanks, James
