Q: I've made some good gains on Enghouse having owned this for the past 6 months. I am wondering what you think has better growth potential: Enghouse (ESL) or Open Text (OTC)? OTC fell along with the tech sector today, and I'm wondering if you would rotate out of Enghouse to pick up OTC "on sale".

Q: Hello Team
TD Waterhouse states that the dividend Payout ratio of WIN is 201%. Does that mean that they are paying out 201% more than the cash they are taking in? Other than that all their fundamental numbers seem to have (+) signs. What does the 5I team make of their numbers.
Thank You
Clarence

Q: WIN has been extremely weak the past few days. There appears to be no news on the company to account for it. What is your take on the company. Is it a hold or sell?
Q: Hi, I wonder if you would clarify the mechanics Gildan stock split for me - specifically the date of implementation? On the Gildan website it is described as a stock dividend with a record date of March 20th, but the stock is still trading at its pre-split price. When is the last day to purchase the stock pre-split?
Thanks

Q: Hello,
Considering that WIN is at 52 weeks lows and the 7% yield, do you think it's "safe" to use it as bond replacements?
Thanks

Q: I owe CSU and am comfortable with companies like this. Enghouse Systems seems to fit that bill. Do you see any risks to adding ESL as a full position while still owning CSU? Do they do business in the same areas?

Q: Are you surprised at the listlessness of High Liner Foods, today, given the Kraft/Heinz deal? Looks like Kraft went from 19x this year's earnings to 26x this years earnings with its move today.
Do you have any insight whats to account for the large estimated eps increase from 2015 to 2016 for High Liner ($1.55 to $1.97)
Thanks.

Q: I have a 3.5% position in Cannacord and down 38%. Volume is low but the price seems to have caught a bottom. I am very tempted to average down my cost. Do you think I would still be trying to catch a falling knife? Do insiders own a lot of the company? Thanks.
Q: What do you think of their recent results? Do you see this as a growth company?
Should I sell or hold or buy more?
Thank you.

Q: Hello Peter and Team
On a number of occasions you have recommended CCL. I have noted that the amount sold by insiders for this company during the last year exceeded $70,000,000. The amount attributed to the CEO alone was over $22,000,000. Is this something that should be of concern for someone who is contemplating in buying the shares of this Company?
I thank you again for your guidance.

Q: In July 2014 STN and WSP had the same share price of about 37. Since then STN has undergone a slow and steady decline to 31 ( a fairly significant decline in my opinion), while WSP has undergone a rapid increase to 41. You cover both companies, and in Oct 14 wrote reports on both. STN retained its A rating, and WSP ws given a B- on its initial report.
Something is not computing. What is going on with STN? Is it time for me to cash in on the STN (which I own), and which is still up considerably from when I first bought it, and get on the WSP bandwagon (which I do not own)?

Q: Over the last two months, Leon's stock has fallen from $19.25 to $14.90. Is this a good entry point for this stock? Do you think the fall in price is related to concerns about the overheated housing market?

Thanks!

Q: Hi Peter and Assocs. can you give me some idea how, if any, the low Canadian $ will affect the bottom line of Gildan thank you Paul
Q: Do you think this stock is being punished too much because of the Western exposure? Would it be a safe buy/hold for 2-3 years?
Thanks,
Paul

Q: Hi Peter and team,
It seems that ACQ is oversold and I'm thinking about starting a new position - it looks attractive to me at $32 range it trades today. What is your advice on this stock in current market conditions: full position, half position, or nothing? In terms of portfolio allocation I have less than 6% in Consumer Discretionary, despite it's indirect exposure to oil prices I assume ACQ should still be considered a CD sector? My timeframe is 3-5 years.
Thanks.

Q: Is Badger Daylighting a good buy at this price range, and if so
why?
why?
Q: There is something I do not understand with CSU borrowing at current 8.5%( 6.5+inflation-cpi). I compare with Potash offering ten year notes at 3%. and 5 yr mortgages at 3%.
I would rather be a cheerleader for CSU having it since 3years. I know that the rights trading price will be a way for the market to let the current shareholders benefit from this. Coulnt't CSU find cheaper financing? If not wouldn't it make one a little uneasy on the continuing holding it.

Q: I consider a 4.5% loss of capital a very poor trade for a 6% raise in div
