Q: Hi Peter and Team, regarding Wilan, you stated in a response that 'A US listing is expensive', just curious as to what this annual cost is in dollar terms for WIN?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Q: I bought in last week and broke a trading rule I have, which is to always check insider activity. Now I see that there was some material selling in the $34 range. Did I pay too much at $39.75?
Q: Hi Gang,
It looks like Aston Hill (AHF) is looking to sell itself according to information from PREFBLOG on April 16 as follows:
“Aston Hill is looking for a buyer:
Executives at Aston Hill Financial Inc. have been shopping their firm to other asset managers, hoping to find a buyer.
Over the past two months, senior employees at Aston Hill have reached out to several Canadian firms and expressed interest in selling their company, according to multiple people familiar with the discussions.
The overtures have been made at a volatile time for the company, which recently lost a high profile mandate to manage $2.2-billion ‎worth of funds for IA Clarington Investments Inc. which prompted Aston Hill to slash its dividend.”
What would happen to the share price (currently 81 cents) if a sale occurred?
Any thoughts on when or if this may happen?
Thanks
John

Q: Hi 5i team,
What are your thoughts on continuing to hold badger? It has had a bit of stock momentum over the past month, but has still been affected by the gloom in the energy sector. Would you recommend continuing to hold badger for the long term or do you think it would be better to switch to a company exposed to an industry more in favour from your growth portfolio? I already own a good portion of your balanced and growth portfolio so I would likely top up my positions or purchase kinaxis as it currently has stock momentum. My position in badger is around 3 percent.
Thanks as always,
Jon

Q: Do you feel that CSU is overvalued at these levels? If not what would be the potential upside or downside risks going forward for the next 12-18 months?
Thanks for your opinion.

Q: The current share price is being dragged down because of the Nasdaq listing and the Canada-US dollar exchange rate. Aren't the profits made in this company in american dollars and shouldn't that be supporting the stock? Do you think Wi-lan management should drop US listing?
Q: Hi 5i Team,
DHX.B was downgraded by Scotiabank to an “underperform” rating and cut its price target from $10 to $7. RBC Capital, CIBC have both cut DHX Media’s price target as well. What is your outlook on DHX.B and is it still worth holding? Thanks as always. Jerry

Q: There's been insider buying as well, from at least two insiders, since March.
Q: This seems to be a recurring question, but do you see any news that's continuously pushing down the price of Amaya? With solid earnings and 2015 guidance, I'm concerned by the continuous downward trend of the stock with no apparent news.
Q: Is it too late to buy CXI?

Q: DHX seems to have taken quite a hit today though I can't find any news. Corus also just reported it has secured the Canadian licensing rights to the Disney Channel's content. But as a content provider, this shouldn't adversely affect DHX should it? Seems a little overblown otherwise.
Q: Any comments on the impacts on DHX on the Chorus deal with Disney.
Thanks

Q: Do you think the new carbon pricing plan will affect Trimac transportation? I do not know much too much about how other jurisdictions impose this structure on transportation companies.
Q: I'm looking at the debentures. I thought I read that the new issue will be added to last years debentures, is it just one debenture - CSU.DB? The way this is structured with the 5 year notice, if notice is given, would the principal be paid back at 100 after 5 years, I don't fully understand the may redeem "at a price equal to the principal thereof and accrued and unpaid interest.....". Would interest rate increases move the price of the debenture down a lot because it is 2040? Would this be good to buy right here at $122 with the intention of holding for 5-10 years and then selling?
Q: Hi Peter, Watched you on BNN Market Call with great interest !!! Could you please comment on the recent insider trading activity ? Also there was a large block of 177,200 shares traded by Acumen Capital on Apr/15 @$7.75. Does it mean anything ? Thanks
