Q: I note that in your Sept 11 review of easyhome you state that easyhome sold off 15 US corporate stores due to profitability and unfavourable economic conditions. Give the recovery to date in the U.S. economy and the weak Canadian dollar, have economic conditions changed sufficiently to cause EH to refocus at all on the U.S. market. Is Eh a buy at $19

Q: EasyHome has fell 17% in 5 days. It's trailing PE is now 15.5. There is no news I can find, so I speculate it's due to tax-loss selling. Unless they lend to people in Alberta more than anywhere else? I have a half position at a 20% loss. Would you add to the position?

Q: Good Morning 5 I Team

Doubtless you have a flood of emails regarding AYA. The news is scant but I would still appreciate your views and if you are surprised that AYA wasnt halted this morning. Also given the flood of selling this morning what are your recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

Phil

Q: I have read your responses to Amaya's recent investigations, but haven't been able to find a co-relation with Manulife. I understand that Manulife is also being investigated in relation to Amaya's purchase of PokerStars: how does it play into the scenario and what might be the repercussions for MFC? Thanks for your help.

Q: 1. If Oil prices do not recover in the next couple of years, is HNL at risk?
2. Does it have any significant debt maturing in the next 2 years that they might not be able to renew?
3. I know that you rated HNL as a C+ in October. Has your view changed in the last couple of months?
4. Would you recommend selling? It is a very small portion of my portfolio.

Thanks,
Hans

Q: Hello team, DHX is not reacting too well to today's news....they announced additional Teletubbies licensing deals. It has had a big run this year. Maybe it's just some people booking profits (?). What are your thoughts please.

Thank you!

Q: As you have been pointing out in your excellent answers to so many questions, the stocks of some fine Canadian companies in the non-energy and non-material spaces have been hammered in the current rout. I would like to take advantage of this opportunity to buy some fine companies at bargain prices. Generally I hold most of the companies in your model portfolio; I am over-weight Amaya and Constellation Software. Could you please identify 5 non-energy and material stocks which you consider to be bargains at this time? Thank you.
