Q: Follow up on CXI. Your report on the firm is positive, but it is not in the model portfolio. Please explain how you decide what goes into the portfolio and when you make changes to the composition. Thanks.

Q: Peter and Co.
For a while you favoured Boston Pizza but now you favour A&W. To me they appear to be similar except in size. I have been considering BPF but seeing a local BP close has me wondering if there is something going on that is below my radar. Can you please explain why you now seem to favour A&W and is BPF OK? Thanks in advance and I wish you all and the other members a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Q: I have had a half position in CXI for about a year. Would you be comfortable adding the other half now or should I wait for a pullback? How expensive is this stock on a PE and PEG basis? What is the key catalyst that might drive the price in 2015? Thanks for your comments.
Q: I added into strength in August and now find myself underwater 20% in QST. My concern is even if things go well for them, will this be dead money due to the sector it's in? It's a 4% position in my TSFA. I'd appreciate an opinion whether I should move on or be patient?
Q: I'm thinking about taking the profits on BEP. Is this advisable at this time? What should I replace it with?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Q: What is your outlook for DHX?
Q: On Friday there were 6.5 million shares sold the highest volume this year. Is there a concern for a potential drop in the share value now at $9.80. Thanks, and Merry Christmas to the 5i team.

Q: Hi Peter and Team, would you be able to explain the five year low in share price of AHF? Is there something of real concern here? Are insiders or major share holders selling here? Thanks!
Thanks for all your help this past year.

Thank you
Thank you
Q: Peter, referring to your conversations with Bay Street players. If that 'someone' who told the mutual fund about the deal was from inside Amaya, would the company be still liable for the insider trading case? Thanks.
Q: Hello Peter & Co,
Could you please explain what this company does?

Q: A follow up question on ESL. In previous answer on ESL you suggested that a 4 to 5% position in ESL should be the max weighting. Is this because of the potential risk with the stock, or are you expecting ESL to slow in growth? Some extra clarity please.
Happy Holiday to all the 5i Team

Q: You note in recent news regarding Amaya.
"we advise shareholders to do nothing, unless they have a very big position, and then some caution is warranted. There is not enough information to make a sound decision just yet".
So my question is what would you consider a very big position, is this referring to percentage of a portfolio or cash value of the shares?

Q: Hi Peter and Crew,
Seasons Greeting to all.
Not sure if I am missing something, but the future for K-Bro looks to be very bright. I would imagine their cost of doing business is falling (Nat Gas for running the laundry, Gasoline for delivery fuel). Yet revenues could be steady and climbing. Do you see a dividend hike in the near future ? If your 5i rating was not already close to the ceiling, would this be the sort of change (lower energy costs) that would initiate a raise on the rating scoreboard ?

Q: I see and appreciate that you still find EH attractive at its new price. I was sideswiped on a small position in this stock by the oil patch downturn. I bought for the diversification but did not get it. Such is the stock market! A collapse in Alberta's housing will obviously affect EH. What kind of growth premium is currently in the stock price? Is this now a relatively cheap stock on some other kind of metric?

Q: Where can I find good beta data. On the TMX website it shows Avigilon with a beta of .32 and I would think it is way over 1.
