Q: I would be curious to see if there is any "scuttle-butte" on Enercare. It seems to be moving up quite nicely in the last 3-6 months. In a recent reply to a member you said you would be comfortable purchasing it up to
$17.25, now that it has reached $17.75 (at time of writing) are you still
comfortable? Seems to have good momentum!

Thanks in advance

Q: I am thinking of diversifying my income portfolio and would appreciate if you could comment on the merits of the above and which one you would recommend.

Thanks

Q: How do you use trend analysis to determine if a stock is trading at a good entry point? For example, WPK is trading at $46.52 as I write. Its 10 year trend line value using linear regression is $36, but the 1 year comparison is $49. Is WPK trading above or below its trend line ie based on 1 years trading it appears under valued, but using the 10 year value it appears currently over priced. Thank you.

Q: I currently have, CSU,DSG,TNC,ESL, SYZ. I also have a little bit of MDA, BB, and AVO. I am not sure if these would be considered Tech or not.

I would like to add KXS. My portfolio is ~12% towards this space, and I remember reading that you are ok with 15 or 20%.

Anyhow, before adding KXS, should I sell some of the above, and concentrate my holdings?

I have done well on DSG and am up 70%, should I just sell it and move to KXS, or just add KXS?

Thanks for the guidance.

Cheers.

Q: I am thinking of adding to CSU and would appreciate your thoughts. Although it's a high quality company the stock has underperformed the TSX this year. Is it better to buy now or wait for price improvement and if the later, what would trigger you to buy?
My thesis is based on CAGR of 20% (2016 est. $18.29 & 2017 est.$21.91) & forward p/e 23. Possible growth driver from TSS purchase by taking advantage of weakness in Europe.
As always, appreciate your views and particularly the other side of the trade.
Many thanks.
