Q: I'm looking to add a staple to my non-registered account in addition to ECI. How would you compare rpi.un and kbl at today's price? And what price would you upgrade rpi.un from a C+ as per August Coverage Summary?
Many thanks

Q: On Aug 9,TSGI reported results that beat expected eps & Rev.On 8/14 GSO that it is selling all its shares @ $23.50.Since then its price has declined. This maybe stirring ghosts of past issues esp.relating to the past ceo,D.Baazov.Later it was reported that it has 10.9m shares shorted on TSx,i.e. 9.4% of float---high--though low in US.Is Baazov on the board of directors & what is his current shareholding? Please provide background on the new major shareholder.I think he is Chinese by the name of HO who owns some 16%.Is he from Hong Kong or China? Is he related to Mr Stanley Ho,the gambling tycoon from Hong Kong?.Thanks for u usual great services & views

Q: I like its business-operator of senior residences- as the very wealthy group, the babyboomers are getting older & will likely use this services. However I am held back by the following.A very high P/E 145.4(trailing) & 163.4(F)per TRI.It missed expected eps 3 of the last 4Qs.Its 3.9% yield is relatively low in the sector.Underperformed TSX the last year.Reached a $16.50high in early June/17 & been in a decline since.Canada has a strong GDP leading to expectations of an imminent increase in interest rate which will be negative for proxy bond sectors including CSH.Your view please. Thanks for u normal great services & advices.
