Q: Any idea why Cineplex is so week recently? What do you see going forward and opinion of adding to this right now?
Q: Hi team,
Following your lead and selling off ZRE for CSH.un. Is a TFSA the best account for a REIT to be held?
Thanks

Q: Within the last month I took a half position in CSH.UN, and a quarter position in DR (both in my RRSP). I am down about 6% on both. If you were to add to one of these positions today, which one would you choose, and why? Or just wait as they have negative momentum.

Q: Some news out on WSP Global I haven't heard? Stock is down heavily on an up day.
Q: I am retired and consider safety and a high dividend yield with growth potential important.
I am a fan of the Brookfield companies and hold both BEP.UN and BIP.UN
My concern with BEP.UN is that RBC estimates its 2017 ACFFO payout ratio at 109% and may stay elevated for several years. It believes it to be fully valued and its share price is above target price.
I know you like this stock but should I be concerned? Thanks

Q: I am interested in PUR but the stock seems incredibly expensive on a P/E
basis for a company which has disappointed with flat earnings for a while.
Even their dividend is not covered by earnings. Can you explain why you like it so much?

Q: Hi 5i,
With the recent positive trends finally returning to Canaccord would you consider it a good opportunity to buy for some growth?
Thanks,
Joe

Q: Hi,
What convertible debenture with a yield of at least 5% would you recommend.
Thanks. Peter

Q: I'm helping my 65-year-old mother reallocate some funds (mostly diversifying and ditching debilitated oil stocks and mutual funds). Using about 3% of her funds, she would like to make a tech purchase (her first) for a long-term investment (5+ years) aiming at growth for this particular position. Following your recommendations, we are considering (a) Constellation (CSU), (b) Kinaxis (KXS) or (c) a mix of both. These are two great stocks and this is a nice moment to buy tech in general, but which of these three scenarios would be best right now?
Q: Am thinking of taking profits in AW.UN and switching to KBL. any suggestions? Herb I thought your report on KBL was interesting and the company still has some growth possibilities! I have AW.UN in my cash account and also my TFSA. Thankyou for your company reports!
Q: Any obvious reason for the jump in Savaria on a down day?
Q: Hi Guys and gals
No that the insults, personal attacks and counter attacks have settled and there is a new board in place, How do you feel about the new management? Personally I like to see a shake up in the boards, not for sake ups sake's, but I think that long time management and directors get a little to complacent, especially ones tat have been in place since the IPO. Having said that, how do you feel about the new board and their history with other companies that they have been involved in, is it an upgrade in your opinion? I like the fact that they may exit the states and and look more to Canada to expand, and refresh some of the stores up here, anyways what do you think?
Thanks
Auftar

Q: How did Samson's Holdings Limited end up owning 95% of CCL's class A shares?
On your updated company report, you mentioned that insiders own 17% of CCL. With Samson getting rid of their 14% position, I am assuming the total shares owned by insiders is now 3%?
Is Samson's at all related to the management of CCL?
And lastly, what percentage of a portfolio would you make CCL?
Thanks.
John

Q: Is KWH.un liable to be affected by a rise in rates? ( And just for my learning, might you suggest some equities who's price might be adversely affected by interest rate increases).
Thanks for all your support.

Q: What does 5i mean when a company has recurring revenue??
Q: I am considering selling my Stantec (STN) stock and replacing with WSP Global (WSP), and indeed wish I had done so earlier. I have reviewed your recent answers on this question (and variations). If I were making an initial investment, it seems clear that I would perhaps lean toward WSP, but given that I currently own STN, should I hold or sell it and buy WSP? This is for a long-term investment seeking growth. (Stantec is currently my only industrial stock and about 8% of my portfolio.) Thanks, and great job.
Q: I expect to retire in a couple of years. About 80% of my money is managed professionally but I keep a small account to help me stay aware of the markets comings and goings. In my utilities holdings I have a full position in Fortis, about 3/4 position in BEP.UN and a small holding of NPI. I am thinking of adding to NPI as a source of income. Your report of last year was ok, but notes that it should be reviewed in the summer of 2017. Any new thoughts on NPI? Would you add to it, to one of the other two, or avoid them all pending changes in interest rates?
Thanks for all your help - though I don't ask a lot of questions I learn a lot from answers to questions posed by others.

Q: I am underweight in Engh and have taken a hit on it since buying in at 60+. My tech holdings are a cumulative 18%. Would you recommend a full position now ( to 20%) after the big drop or sit on the sidelines. I have a long time horizon, and am wondering if the bloom is off the rose for Engh, or should I wait for the next quarterly earnings.
Thanks as always.

Q: Savaria is taking a hit yet again. Any news? Is it a good time to add to position?
