Q: I hear lot of positives about this company from news and other researchers online. The financial metrics look pretty. Im assuming they are in to setting up contact centers/BPOs and providing services related to it. There are several players in this industry/sector but they seem to have some edge/advantage and that shows up in financials. What's that special advantage or moat that they have which makes their clients stick to them? Or is there something to do with their pricing model ?

Q: Regarding MAXR, I've held it for a bit, down about 8%. Based on the upcoming earnings announcement, I may move on. What would you recommend as a replacement with a better growth profile? Should be a dividend payer. I'm looking for something in the industrial, healthcare, consumer (staples) or real estate sector.

Q: I was trying to find a question about this but without success. This is such an expensive stock and I know you like and it has done well. I wonder why they would not do a split to make the stock more affordable? I notice also that you do not have it any of your sample portfolios - is this why?
